NOAH: Her Forbidden Beast

*EPILOGUE*

It's been a month since the day the war ended. A whole month of no worrying and no fear. The pack could go on with their daily lives in peace. 

Noah and I have been doing good. We have been talking about our future a lot. Talking about what we want for ourselves and for Kieth. I have started to get back into my healing again. It felt so good to do it. I have been making new salves and new medicines for the pack. It felt amazing knowing I had a purpose. 

I had also officially become a part of the pack about three days after the war. I did the ceremony with Noah by my side. I had officially been labelled as the Beta Female. It felt right to have such a title that matched Noah's. I think it made us even closer. More tied together. 

I felt that I had everything I had ever wanted. Everything I had ever needed in life. Except one. I needed to do one more thing before I felt officially complete and content. 

I am currently in the woods. Flowers were blooming everywhere. The trees are turning into green leaves again. The fire had really damaged the place. Carrow and a couple of her other witch friends from her coven offered aid in healing the forest. Now it looks even more beautiful than it did in the first place. As I was walking I took a deep breath. I felt nervous for some reason. She's not a scary woman. My palms became sweaty as I see her up a head. 

As I stand before her. I just look. I took a deep breath and with my whole heart I say, "Hello Eleanor, my name is Mia," I bend down on my knees and looks at the purple flowers of where Noah's wife is buried, "I am Noah's mate. And I know that you are his wife. I just wanted to say that I got your letter. I know that as a wife and as a mother you would be scared of what type women might come into their lives once you were gone, but I'm here to let you know that you don't need to worry. I love those boys with all of my heart, I would do anything for them. I would die for them. And I will take care of them. You were already such a good mother to Kieth...I will try to do my best in your stead. I will try be a good mother. I will try to be a good mate and wife to Noah. So don't worry about them anymore. I'm going to take care of them. So please Eleanor...rest...and be at peace knowing that your boys are going to be okay."

I stand back up and take another deep breath. It felt right doing that. I think I had to tell assure her that everything was going to be okay. 

"Mia." I turned around to see Noah leaning against a tree. 

"Hey." 

He made his way towards me and say, "What're you think you're doing?"

"I felt like I needed to let her know that the two people she loves most in this world...are going to be okay. And that I will love them for the rest of my life."

Noah'smouth forms into one of his rare smiles, "And that is why I love you so much," he leans down and kisses me. I link my arms around his neck and kiss him back. 

He pulls back and says, "I want to show to something."

I tilt my head and squint my eyes slightly in suspicion, "Okaayy. What is it?"

Noah smirks and says, "Close your eyes."

I cross my arms and arch my brow in question, "Is this a prank?"

Noah laughs and shakes his head, "It's not, love. Seriously, please trust me and just close your eyes."

I roll my eyes playfully and say, "Fine." 

As I close my eyes, Noah takes a hold of my hand and guides me as he leads me to wherever the hell he's leading me to.
