Farren giggled at her book after a couple minutes the world around her was completely gone, Elliot looked up from his computer his headphones still in.
"Sorry am I being too loud! I can be quieter, It's just the main character's love interest, well erm, sorry!" She spoke weakly and fast.
"You're fine Farren, I'm only writing a bit." He replied smoothly.
"Writing, you write ?" She turned her head setting the book down.
"Yes, it is one of my favorite hobbies."
"Don't you play football ? Aren't you supposed to be a typical jock?" She asked trying to be funny.
"Ouch, you really think I'm a typical jock?" He raised a eyebrow at her clutching his chest.
"Um! Sorry, I didn't mean it that way." She buried her face in her hands turning red.
"It's fine." He said turning his attention back to his computer chuckling.
Farren looked back down at her book when Marilyn came in, "Lunch is ready." Farren was relieved now she didn't have to worry about making a fool out of herself.
"What's for lunch mom?" Elliot got up and Farren did the same.
"Grilled cheese."
"Mm, can we drink hot chocolate with it?" Farren said the taste already in her mouth.
"Sure!" Marilyn smiled pulling out the got chocolate, "You have to make it yourself though."
"I was going to make it myself." Farren said eating her grilled cheese first. Thomas sat next to Farren clearly enjoying his grilled cheese.
"Is it good?" Elliot teased his brother
"It's very-mm" Thomas answered for he could barely talk, because his mouth was still stuffed full of food.
Once they finished eating Farren made all three of them hot chocolate. Thomas was drinking his and when he out his mug down he had a chocolate mustache.
"You sure liked that hot chocolate!" Farren laughed washing out her mug.
"You want to play a game?" Elliot asked.
"Sure." Farren and Thomas said at the same time. Elliot went and grabbed a game Call Of Duty III.
"My favorite!" Farren said grabbing a controller. Once the game was on they started playing. Farren kept killing Elliot before he could even move from his spawning position.
"You're cheating!" Elliot exclaimed. While Elliot was yelling at Farren, Thomas took out both of them.
"Hey!" Farren and Elliot said at the same time. In the end Farren won all three games.
.
.
"I still think Farren was cheating." Elliot sulked."You're only being salty because you got last place." Thomas remarked, "Which proves I'm more awesome than you."
Farren laughed, "So what to do now?"
"I'm going to be right back." Elliot said getting up.
"Hmmm..." Farren tapped her chin, "How about I tickle you!" Farren pounced on Thomas and started tickling him.
Thomas laughed, "Stop... It... Farren!" He said between breathes.
Farren stopped, and laughed along with Thomas. Elliot was back in the doorway smiling at Thomas and Farren. Thomas had climbed into Farren's lap.
"Wanna play another round!" Thomas smiled and Farren messed up his hair with her hand.
"One on one with my favorite little guy, of course!" She smiled and started the game .
