Alright, seeming as how many people are clueless still as to what chakras are, these next roughly... Seven parts will tell you about each individual chakra. This part however will only explain what they are.
Chakras are seven main points of energy in your body. Each one has a spiritual meaning, a connection to one of the elements (earth, fire, water, spirit, air, etc.), and they all cause certain feelings or behaviors to occur when they are balanced or imbalanced. Keeping your chakras balanced is important because it provides emotional stability. You must understand each chakras function and how it will relate to your life so you can focus on them during meditation to level your emotions. These following parts should tell you everything you need to know about the seven main chakras. Enjoy!
