The next morning I awoke to my phone going off.

"Hello?" I groggily answered hoping that it didn't sound like I had just woken up.

"Hello, this is the University of the Arts and we were just wondering if there is any way you will be able to move onto campus on or around July 15th instead of August. We need students with high potential to come in and try our new program!" I was speechless.

"Yes, of course! Thank you so much!" By now I was almost bouncing on my bed.

"Okay! We will send you the rest of the information in an email some time this week!" The second I got off the phone I let out the loudest scream possible and sprinted down the stairs to tell my mom the news.

"Mom! The University of the Arts wants me to be part of the new program they are trying out this yera! I start on July 25th!" I couldn't think of anything except how excited I was.

" Sweetheart that's great! You wanted that so bad! When do you move to campus?" She asked while giving me a hug and smiling really big.

"I can go on the 15th. I know that's soon but can I please go?" I begged.

"Of course! And this gives us something to celebrate tonight!" she exclaimed.

"What do you mean?" I questioned.

"Oh, that's right! I forgot to tell you! Louis and his mom are eating dinner with us tonight!" I simply stared at her.

"What?!" I shrieked. No, this can not be happening.

"What's wrong? Didn't you guys make up last night?" Ugh! My mom is so naive!

"Of course not! He yelled at me and I ran away from him!" There had to be a way out of this.

"Well maybe you two can talk after supper and figure things out! Now, go begin getting ready for tonight! It is already 2 and they will be here at 6! I'm heading to the store to get some last minute things for tonight! Bye honey!" My mom rushed the words out as she practically ran out the front door.

"But-" I was cut off by the front door slamming shut. I made my way to my room and plugged my phone into the dock, music filling the room quickly. I turned on the shower and waited for it to get nice and hot before stripping down and stepping in.

After a shower that was definitely longer than needed, I reluctantly got out and slipped on shorts and a t-shirt for while I dried my hair.

Then I walked out of the bathroom and across the room to my closet. Flinging the door open, I began my search for the perfect outfit.

I grabbed my grey crop top, cobalt blue, high-waisted shorts, and slouchy, grey, knit beanie.

I returned to the bathroom to do my hair. Since I got my hair done, hot pink with blonde on top, during spring break, I've been curling my hair more often.

I quickly changed into my shorts and top then began curling my hair. A good half hour later I finished, put my beanie on, then readjusted it at least twice.

I rushed down stairs when I heard my mom arrive and followed her to the kitchen.

"You look great Peyton! What shoes are you going to wear?" My mom questioned while she put things into the fridge, leaving the rest on the counter.

"Why do I need shoes in my own house?" I was thoroughly confused, we never wore shoes in the house.

"We are going out then coming back here to just talk, remember?" She was now done and was just looking at me strangely. I acted like I new what she was talking about and returned to my room.

I slipped on my matching cobalt blue sandals and put on my favorite perfume, unluckily for me it happens to be a Christmas present from Louis. I hope he doesn't recognize the scent.

I jumped at the sound of the doorbell and could hear my mom greeting the Tomlinsons.

"Peyton lets go!" she hollered.

I rushed down the stairs and walked straight to the door, waiting for them to catch up.
