I'm Here (Zane x Reader)

Strangers

This morning was quite awkward in Starlight Wonderland. Zane is staying at Kawaii~chan's place and I'm at Aphmau's place which Aaron is staying at the extra room we had.

Aphmau and Aaron aren't talking but blushing when they see each other. This feels like Highschool actually. Hmm.. I wonder if they are even talking. I left the beach house and took a walk at the beach. I felt my heart pump as I saw Zane at the distance. It felt like we were strangers. We were blushing too. Like Aphmau and Aaron were. It's like we don't know each other.

Soon, we ended up staring at each other. The silence of us and the awkwardness I guess is pilling on us. Zane scratching his head, while I just blush in embarrassment.  A voice yells behind Zane which broke the silence.

"Hey Guys! You guys have your very own beach house. Since, Aph and Aaron are staying at the other one. So I figured to keep you two together...The reason we kept both couples in each beach house." Melissa said.

"Oh." We both sound.

"Yep! Great isn't it?." She said.

"Umm.. yeah.." we both answered awkwardly.

"I thought you guys would be happy?." Melissa said tilting her head.

"uhm.." we both sound while scratching our heads.

"OH~ I see what's going on here...its the awkwardness..Hehehehe It's ok.. You'll guys get through it." Melissa said smiling.

"So let's go." She said leading the way.

Melissa left us both in the beach house which was quite near the beach with an amazing view. Zane and I are actually in an awkward situation so....I guess...its like starting again from the beginning.

Now, Zane's settling his stuff in his room. I'm sitting at the couch until I heard a creak. I turned around and saw Zane. Weird. He's looking at me like he's about to cuddle someone or its just the ears.

"Uhm.. Zane?."

No response. Again...he's acting weird.

"Zane.. Is it the ears?." I asked and he stood up like nothing happened.

"What do you mean the ears? I've already touched those." He said.

"hmmm.." I stood up and went out the terrace.

"H-Hey y/n??." He sound behind me.

" Yeah Zane?."

"ummm.. nothing really... " He walked away.

"Huh?." I walked back inside and saw Zane in his room looking at something.

I knock and he then hid it behind him.

"Uhmm...." He looked nervous.

"Ok? Are you alright?." I asked

"Y-Yeah....Just...Stuff.." he said.

"Ok?." I closed his door and head to my room.

Zane's POV

Oh my Irene! She almost caught me... If she actually saw it?! I hope she didn't see it..

I ram me around the room and hid it. It was getting dark. My phone dinged and I checked it. It was a text from Garroth.

Garroth Zane

Hey baby brother. Still awkward?

Yeah. I expect you knew that!

Jeez. Calm down. BTW Melissa and the guys are heading for dinner and will be staying at the beach for a surprise.
