"renjun! where are you?"

renjun shouted from the kitchen as i quickly ran to him.

"what do you want?"

i asked him since he called me a while ago.

"i saw this in your bag. i think its a letter from your grandparents"

i took the paper that was in renjun's hands.

i opened it and saw a neat handwriting. who i think is grandma's handwriting.

hello dear! its almost christmas! me and your grandfather are really glad that you came to visit us. i saw your wallet and you only have a few coins so we gave you money. its in your wallet btw.

sigh. our little girl is already grown up, huh? you're really pretty, my child. i hope you grow up knowing how much your family loves you.

i know it has been hard surviving by yourself and your brother only. thats why we are very proud of the both of you.

although, we dont always see each other, we never forget about you and your brother. hoping that someday we would see the both of you again. and so, we did! but sadly, your brother didnt come with you.

i felt warm hands wipe something from my face.

it was renjun's hand. he was wiping away my tears.
