oh im nervous. i know me and chenle did a great job but maybe someone made something better than us?

and also about the drawing, chenle said renjun is the inspiration.

how can renjun be the inspiration of our drawing? i mean, it doesnt seem like its his life story.

it was now lunch time and ppl were in their own worlds.

i looked for chenle and renjun and there they are! chenle waved his hands so i can see him.

"what took you so long?"

"i went somewhere.."

"where?"

this time renjun was the one who talked.

"uh.. maybe at the music room? hehe"

"oooooh youre sneaky"

"why did you go there?"

"i missed playing my guitar so i played something in there. good thing there was no one that time"

"what song did you play?"

"uh, its..,"

i looked at them and smiled faintly.

"not important.."

• midnight..

i woke up by the sound of a guitar. playing that song..

i rubbed my eyes and thought that maybe im just imagining things.

but the sound was too real so i decided to go out of my room to see renjun playing a guitar while singing quietly.

"remember me.. though i have to say goodbye. remember me.. dont let it make you cry"

memories flashed in my head as i tried my best not to cry.

"cause even if im far away, i'll hold you in my heart. i sing a secret song to you each night we are apart.."

renjun sang as he slowly strummed the guitar.

"remember me, though i have to travel far. remember me, each time you hear a sad guitar.."

i quietly sang but i didnt realize that renjun heard me.

i quickly covered my mouth and went to him.

"im sorry, its just that i woke up by the sound of you playing a guitar and i checked it out and you were playing that song.."

"you know this song too?"

"yeah.."

there was an awkward silence between the two of us until renjun decided to break it.

"you wanna sing with me?"

he said and for the first time, he smiled at me warmly.

i felt my cheek burning up and my stomach filled with crazy butterflies.

"y-yeah sure.."

so renjun started strumming then he sang the first line.

"remember me.. though i have to say goodbye.. remember me.. dont let it make you cry.."

"remember me.. though i have to travel far.. remember me.. each time you hear a sad guitar.. know that im with you the only way that i can be.."

"so until youre in my arms again.. remember me.."

me and renjun sang the last line of the first verse as he strummed for the last time.

i blinked away my tears and silence wrapped around us.

it wasnt an awkward silence though, it was somehow.. comfortable.

we stayed like that for a couple of minutes..

i was so sleepy that i didnt realize i leaned on renjun's shoulder.

then i felt something soft touch my forehead and i heard some murmurs which i cannot clearly hear.
