"Hey Levy!” Lucy said, smiling.
“Hey Lucy,” she said, fixing her crooked glasses.
“Well we just wanted to make sure you all got back okay, so now that I know you're all right I guess I'll see you later,” she said.
“Thank you Lucy! I'll see you later,” she replied, closing the door.
When she looked over at Gajeel she smiled, he walked up to her, saying, “I better get going,” he said as he grabbed his shirt.
“You can stay,” she said, resting her hand on his arm.
“I can't bother you anymore, I should go.”
“Please?” she said, practically begging him.
The look on her face nearly broke his heart.
“Fine, I'll stay,” he grumbled.
She smiled, repairing his heart as it started beating faster. Her yawn caused him to smile as he said, “But you do need to sleep, it's been a long day.”
“As long as it's with you,” she replied, smiling.
He smiled, “I wouldn't have it any other way, but do you want, stuff?” he said awkwardly.
“If you mean any more of the passionate stuff no, I don’t need it,” she replied.
“Okay,” he replied.
“I gotta get ready, but the bed is big enough for the both of us, so you can jump in without me,” she said as she walked into the bathroom.
He gulped, looking at it before cautiously climbing in. It was soft and warm and so like Levy. After a minute she came out, wearing her tank top and shorts and smiling before getting into bed next to him. Instead of acknowledging his existence, she grabbed a book off her nightstand, reading intently. He smiled, watching her enamored state.
“You can sleep, I just need to finish this chapter,” she said.
“How can I fall asleep while you're looking this gorgeous?” he asked rhetorically.
She smiled, blushing slightly.
He waited patiently as she finished the chapter and laid down. When she did so he wrapped his arms around her skinny frame, pulling her closer to him. She sighed, enjoying the warmth he provided. They fell asleep together, both smiling more than they had in a long time.
Gajeel woke up with a start to Levy’s scream.
“Levy?” he said as he turned on the light.
She was sitting up, a thin layer of sweat on her forehead. He wrapped his arms around her as she stood, frozen.
“do you wanna talk about it?” he asked, concerned.
She shook her head, and he understood. She snuggled into him, falling asleep for a second time. But he couldn't sleep, he simply watched her as she slept peacefully.

She woke up to Gajeel’s kiss as he rested one upon her forehead. Her sigh caused him to smile as her eyes fluttered open.
“Good morning sweetheart,” he said.
“Good morning Gajeel,” she replied.
Hearing her say his name warmed his heart as he kissed her. She kissed him back, more passionately. He moaned as she traced the muscles on his torso. They separated as Gajeel laid gentle kisses along her neck. She gasped, and he smiled as he observed her reaction.
Suddenly a thought popped into Gajeel’s head as he asked, “Are you a virgin?”
She nodded as her eyes began to water.
“What's wrong?” he asked.
“I don't know why you would wanna do this kinda thing with me instead of someone better, more experienced,” she said as a few tears rolled down her face.
“This isn't an interview, I was just curious. And I don't care that you're a Virgin, I'm not going to leave you because of that,” he explained.
“Really?” she asked, needing confirmation.
“Really,” he replied. “Now, it's my turn to make you breakfast,” he said, smiling.
