"And you let him go like that?" Clementina asked, when Marisol told her that they had kissed for the first time.

"I couldn't hold him there with me, but I'll deal with that later." She said, a passionate idiot smile on her face.

All the girls smiled, they had been hiding their feelings for others for so long, but now was the time to live the love they felt.

"Today is the day to be with the loves of our lives." Clementina said, thinking of the one who made her immensely happy.

"Yeah, but I don't think he'd feel the same way I would if he ran away from me." Marisol replied, a little unsure.

"Sweetheart, he was just insecure, but I'm sure he feels the same way about you." Soledad assured her, which made her smile.

"Hey flower bull, are you okay?" Valiente asked, seeing his friend so scared.

"What?" He asked confused.

"Looks like you saw a ghost." Bones commented.

"Nothing, nothing happened." Ferdinand lied.

"Oh come on, Ferd." Guapo protested.

"We are your partners, you know you can tell us everything, my friend." Angus assured him.

He thought for a moment, taking a deep breath before speaking.

"I was talking to Marisol."

"Mn mn mn (and)?" Machine asked.

"We talked for a while, until we had an affectionate moment, but... We ended up kissing." He confessed.

Everyone around them looked at each other, wondering why Ferdinand looked so alarmed that this had happened.

"And why would you have a problem with that?" Guapo asked.

"Yes, you should be glad you fell in love." Angus said.

"I know but..."

"Here comes the 'but'." Bones rolled his eyes.

"How could that be possible? I watched her grow up, it would be weird." he argued.

"Are you seriously saying that?" Paco said. "Since you came to live on this farm, you've taught me many things, one of which is that the strange is the new normal. So if you really like her and she likes you, stay with her, what's stopping you? Brother."

Ferdinand never thought that Paco would give him that same advice someday, but he was right.

He was never afraid of anything, it wasn't at that moment that he would be, especially when it came to love.

"You are right." He smiled.

"We know that." Bones smiled.

"I'm going to tell Marisol that I love her." He warned, rushing to find her.

"Go for it, Ferd!" Guapo yelled at him.

"How are you so supportive if you don't have the courage to approach Daisy?" Valiente asked, raising an eyebrow.

"...This isn't about me, okay?" He replied, making everyone laugh.

Ferdinand didn't have to look far to find her, he soon found her talking to some of the girls.

"Excuse me guys, could I talk to Marisol alone for a few minutes?" He asked politely, to which they agreed and then they went elsewhere.

"Glad you came, I'd like to talk to you about something too." Marisol said.

"You first then." Ferdinand smiled.

"Okay, I just wanted to tell you that it's okay if you don't feel the same way about me, let's just keep being friends without any problems." She said.

"But I want to be more than just your friend." He clarified.

"It's ok, nothing will change..." Realizing what he had said, she suddenly stopped. "Wait, what?"

He approached and looked her in the eye.

"Marisol, would you like to be my date at the dance celebrating Nina's birthday and if you still want to, consider being more than just my little friend?" He asked.

Marisol couldn't believe what she had just heard, she felt her heart would burst with happiness. There was no negative answer to that question.

Without saying anything, she gave him a big hug.

"Yes, yes, definitely yes!" She answered. "I am the happiest heifer in the world."

"And I'm the happiest  heif... I mean the happiest bull." He laughed.

They both smiled and looked at each other lovingly. As she was about to give him a kiss, she was interrupted by her friends' euphoric celebration.

"Don't you know what 'privacy' is?" she asked, notoriously irritated that they had interrupted her moment with him.

"Sorry, we were excited to know what would happen." Daisy said, hugging her.

Soon Angus and Esmeralda arrived, he seemed very excited.

"Hey guys, Esmeralda has something to say to you." He warned.

Everyone listened carefully to see what the young red-haired cow was going to say.

"Hi my friends, I am very happy to be able to communicate with you now." She said, her Scottish accent still very strong, but at least now they could communicate with her.

Everyone was surprised, especially the girls, but without a doubt, they were all very happy.
