252.Just A Bit Drunk

"John," Sherlock mumbled, stumbling over to his friend. "John." He hiccuped, sitting down next to him.

They were at a party, John convinced Sherlock to go since Molly had invited them. He thought it would be rude to decline going to her party.

Sherlock didn't like it because it was loud, annoying, and he didn't know where his friends were. But John was sitting on the couch.

He moved closer, his hand on his chest. "J-John." He smiled drunkenly, kissing John's neck. The man pushed him away and took a sip of the juice he got.

Sherlock pouted and moved closer, kissing John's neck a few times, kissing his jawline and cheek. He tried to kiss John's lips, but kept getting pushed away. He pouted more.

"Sherlock, what the hell are you doing?" He asked, looking at his friend.

"Y-you're so b-beautiful, J-John..." he whispered, kissing his neck softly.

John moved away uncomfortably, clearing his throat.

"J-John... please... k-kiss me... please." He pouted, wrapping his arms around John. "Y-you're so pretty... Y-you're like a r-real life angel... I-I want to kiss you..."

John chuckled softly and rolled his eyes, taking another sip of juice. Tears sprang to Sherlock's eyes and John looked at him.

"No, no, Sherlock don't cry!" John put his cup down and wiped the tears away from Sherlock's rosy red cheeks.

Sherlock blinked and the tears ran down his face. John cradled him, whispering, "Shh, shh," and trying to calm him.

Sherlock was quite the emotional man when he was drunk like this, and John hoped something wouldn't happen like this.

The detective sobbed and buried his face against John's chest. John pat his back, sighing quietly. He closed his eyes, humming.

"Calm down, Sherlock, calm down..."

"C-can I kiss you?" Sherlock asked, looking up at John with big, teary eyes.

John sighed, defeated. He looked down at Sherlock and cupped his face, leaning in to kiss him. Sherlock lit up and he returned the kiss, smiling widely.
