(Everyone who is familiar with me knows I'm always up to fuckshit with these books because I can't just do anything normal and I want to go all out with these next two endings and the only thing these endings share is everything up until Vanity's point of view from the last chapter. Literally anything can and will happen after that. Does that make sense?)

Trellis
All of us stood around as the casket was being lowered down into the ground. Chastity holding her son tight in her arms as she looked back to take a seat in the chair. Vanity reached out to her, placing a hand on her shoulder and I was feeling a tear well up when I saw the sad expression on Chaniyah's face like she was trying to understand what was going on despite Vanity having explained it so many times before. I looked around some more and my eyes landed on the picture of Rack City sitting in an arm chair, the picture taken when he was in the middle of a laugh but he had money on his lap and looked like that was one of the happiest days of his life. I never knew his name was Donovan Tyree Marshall Young, it was strange to call him anything other than Rack City since that was the only name you'd hear through the streets.
"Thank you for coming to this service, everyone." The man said as he closed his book and looked down at Chastity. "I'm so sorry for your loss." He said lastly to her and people began to clear out from the cemetery. From what I heard he was one of a few people who died in a meth explosion at his home and I can see CJ was holding a strong front but you could feel the anger radiating from him as he stared at the casket, I know some of that anger was partly because of the situation Vanity, he and I were involved in but the rest of it for Rack City he left CJ. Not even the cries from Chastity's son were enough to get him to shift his gaze or crack his expression.
"Are you leaving?" I heard Vanity ask and Chastity nodded her head, rubbing her sons back to try to calm him. "I'll meet you back at the house, I think CJ is going to stay here for a while longer. Unless you want me to drive with you home?" She offered and Chastity simply shook her head, saying something to Vanity too quietly for me to pick up but it made Vanity nod her head and come walking over towards me. "I'm ready to go when you are. Thank you for coming by the way, I know you didn't personally know him but I'm sure Chastity seeing you come to support her made her feel a little better."
"Not a problem and we can go now? Is Chaniyah coming with?"
"No she's not. She wants to stay with CJ so let's go." I nodded my head and pulled out my keys from the pockets of my pants. It was looking like it was going to rain soon given the thick dark clouds that were slowly moving in on us. I heard Vanity's sniffles and reached out to wrap an arm around her, pulling her close. "I just can't believe it. He was just at the hospital with all of us, holding his son and taking a million pictures with Chastity and him. The excitement in his eyes when he came home with him I'll never forget and one mishap left him dead. It wasn't like him to make mistakes, he had been doing this for so long, knew the process down to a T..." She trailed off as I helped her into the car. I walked around to get in on my side and started it up, where she was now wiping her tears with a tissue she had pulled out from her purse.
"It's crazy how life happens like that. One moment all is good, it's smooth sailing on open waters and by that same evening, it's choppy seas and a wall of water coming straight at you." I said to her.
"Life seemed so perfect, Trellis. Everything was going so amazing, we were all finally going places with ourselves and then this happens along with the baby. I just don't understand it, I'm not saying you being the father is a bad thing, by no means but I just didn't think the baby was going to be yours. You and I were especially careful whereas CJ and I-"
