(A/N:Don't worry if from this point to the end you end up confused... I lowkey want you to be because then the very end will sort out the confusion. Trust me :3)

Ending my service, I headed to the back room where I needed to change and get ready to meet up at one of my restaurants to establish new management since there were problems with the old manager and I'm not going to deal with sexual harassment charges. There was knock on my door that caught me by surprise but I walked over to it so see it was Ms. Tucker holding a bag in her hand and a smile on her withered face.

"Hello Ms. Tucker, how was the service?" I asked her.

"It was touching as always. I wish my Grandchildren would come back to the church and hear your words, I'm sure it would take them off the path I see them going down now." She spoke in a trembling voice but still kept her smile. "Anyways, I know you're busy but I just wanted to give a present to your daughter, Vanity. I haven't seen her at the services anymore but this was a birthday present for her." Handing over the bag, I took a peek inside to see it was a box neatly wrapped in a purple shiny paper with a gold bow on it. "It's nothing grand but just something for her because I know she's such a great woman."

"Thank you for the gift. Yes she's been awfully busy with her life now but I'm sure she'll come to the next service to thank you once I give this to her. Thank you again and have a great day Ms. Tucker."

"You're welcome. I miss seeing her, she used to walk me to my car during the winter months when the ground would get frost so I didn't slip. I heard she had a daughter though but you never mentioned her to us." I was trying to get her out of this room but by the looks of it she wanted to talk some more.

"She did have a daughter but that's not my news to share, if she wanted to bring her to a service that's her business. As much as I want-"

"How cute. I hope it was the man she came here with the last time I saw her, I think his name was CJ? He's a fine man and I saw how fond they were of each other as they walked out holding hands. That's beautiful how he accepted her and her faith despite him not having one of his own as he said." Oh my God, someone come take this woman out of here.

"Like I said, it's her business. I hate to rush you but-"

"You know it would be nice of you to bring up acceptance as a topic for one of your services as that seems to be the big thing going now. I think Vanity and CJ are a good example of that as she said they had some things about each other that they had to learn to accept-"

"Ms. Tucker, I'm on a tight schedule and we'll have to meet up another time for coffee or something to really talk about things." She looked a bit hurt in her feelings but gave a nod.

"Oh alright. Well tell Vanity I can't wait to see her soon. Have a nice day Mr. West." She said as she turned herself around, using the cane to maintain her balance and she took her sweet time shuffling out of the room and I closed the door behind her. Staring at the gift, this would be a great incentive to get her to come by since she never seems to want to visit unless something goes home with her.

Been four almost five months since she's last talked to me and I know it's because CJ won't let her talk to me anymore. I know there's something being plotted and of course Vanity is there to give all the answers he needs to get at me but as soon as Quan's brother calls me back, I'm putting an end to this because I know CJ won't stop till I'm behind bars as he knows too much about me and I'm not going to end up in some cell like Marquis.... or like Jaxon dead from suicide before my time on death row ran out.
