"where are we even going?" grayson asks from the couch opposite y/n and ethan. they were inside the limo y/n rented and everything 18 year olds wanted was there but ethan nor grayson wanted those.
"it's called a surprise for a reason, grayson." y/n rolls her eyes. the car stopped and grayson's jaw dropped. ethan looks back in the window and soon after, his jaw dropped too.
y/n giggled and was the first one out, the driver assisting her. the boys soon followed.
infront of them was a mansion and inside fit their musical idols and friends. cameron and her boyfriend was there, aaron carpenter, the griers, matthew espinosa, cameron dallas, blackbear, gnash, kid cudi, hell even nicki minaj was there!
"how did you.." the boys trailed off, trying to think it through. y/n giggled once again and explained. "well, i kinda knew bear because we hung with 5sos before. i forced kian and jc to invite gnash because i knew how much you love his songs. nicki, she's a sweetheart, i dmed her and she responded and she'll only be here for an hour or so, as well as cudi."
it was silent for a while. the kind of silent where you're just trying to sink in everything. "i-i.." ethan tried to start but instead tears dropped.
his girlfriend did all this for their 18th birthday. 18th. what surprise will she pull on their 21st?
"y/n oh my god, thank you so much, you don't know how much this means to us. i'm so freaking- ah!" grayson shrieked. "i just- thank you so much. i didn't think this was the surprise you'd pull. i can't put my feelings right now into words but i love you, thank you." grayson proceeded to hug her then ran inside.
"do you not like it?" y/n asked her sobbing boyfriend. "do i not like it? y/n this is too much. i can't believe you did this!" ethan sobbed as she pulled him into her arms.
"well, you deserve the world, eth. but for now, this is the best i can do."
