I sat on my bed both excited and scared. I knew few words in Korean. So of course writing a letter to Namjoon was the best idea. So English it is.

Dear Namjoon,

Trying my best with the Korean but I'm struggling. So I apologize for the English letter. I promise one day I plan to return a letter in Korean but for now English is what you get. Besides this I hope you are doing well. Thank you by the way, for returning my letter that is. I know you have to do it because the contest but thanks anyway. I'm gonna leave this here. Have a nice day.

Dear Rose,

English is fine, I'm fluent. Though I'm glad to see you taking the initiative to learn a new language. And I fully understand how difficult it must be to learn it on your own. I learned English from watching Friends. And I'm doing wonderful thank you for wondering. I hope you too are doing well. Just remember not to worry to much the language will get easier over time, trust me. It was nice talking to you I can't wait for the next letter.

You're too sweet. I appreciate the vote of confidence. I am doing well. I'm getting along at work finally after a month of real struggle. Also my art work is starting to sell online to my surprise. Someone paid me $45 to draw their house. It was awesome. I also graduated early this semester. so no more school for me. What else can i tell you? Nelly's birthday is coming up next month. Yep April 2018. I'm secretly painting her a portrait of her family. She's going to die when she sees it. 😀😊 here is a pic of me for you too. Thought you'd like to know who you're speaking to.

It's been a finally everyone's sent letters out. And after a couple days we all got replies.

Dear Nelly,

Hey Nelly, I loved your letter. Though I need proof of you being a Noona. Also sounds silly but can you send me a pic of you? So not trying to be weird. I just hate not knowing what you look like. It's like talking to empty space. But anyway how are you? Are you in school still? Do you have a job? Do you drive? What's your favorite color? I want to know everything there is to know.

You were born what October 1995? Okay well read it and weep child, I was born April 1995. Boom! 💥💣💥 Chew on that sucker 😉. But seriously I'll send you a pic of me and just me. Full warning your gonna love my hair. 🤗
Now to answer some questions. I'm doing great thank you for asking. No i can't afford university right now. Yes i have a job. I work as an assistant manager at a Taco Bell. Yes of course I can drive. And my favorite colors are blue an red. I'm what else..... I love dancing. I'm not too bad at it you're way better but I'm okay. I love cooking and telling stories. Tell me more about you.

It's been a couple days since we sent our second letters. Kay's been acting weird. I know her and Justin have been fighting nearly everyday. It's getting ridiculous. She plays it off but I know she's hurting inside. I woke up thus morning at around 10ish and got ready for work. Because both Kay and Nelly were already at work I had to walk. It wasn't so bad though. The snow could've been thicker. Plus after everything they've done for me complaining was too much. I luckily got to work with enough time to get food from the McDonald's next door. Since Kay worked there at night on Friday and Sunday they always have me a discount. They were always so sweet to me like a little sister to them. It was cute. But I've known then since I was 15. I used to stay here and study while Kay and Nelly worked. No one knew why it was just us three girls but they helped out anyway.
Plus Ashlien (Lin) worked at McDonald's. She was my best friend of nearing 3 years. Only she knew my back story. She was short wth long beautiful black hair. Her eyes were blue like the sea. And she smile like a never ending river of happiness. Honestly I was a little gay for her.

"Lin my girl!" I have her a high five at the counter. She smiled at seeing it was me. I blushed a little.

"Stop it." I demanded and she did for like 2 freaking seconds.

"Did they replay?" She asked making me roll my eyes. Of course all she wanted was to ask about Namjoonie and the rest of the group.

"Okay yes they are and we just sent another letter okay? Now I want a McChicken sub ketchup. Can I use Kay's discount please?" I went on shutting her up for a minute.

"Hell tell me more when you get your next letter and I'll buy it. Sammie need a discount." She called him up and he stared at me.

"Oh this again? Kay can't give her discount out to you. You'll get her fired." He scolded me making my heart stop, fired?

"Here I'll buy it this time. Can I get my discount?" Lin scolded Sammie furiously.

"God damn kids." The 23 year old man mumbled as he gave a discount. He's only 5 years older then me. Actually I turn 19 this year. So under 5 years but more than 4 years.
I got my food and went to work. I growled as I entered the hell I call work. Eating my sandwich the first thing I hear is....

"You hoe." Miranda snapped. God I have work with that bitch. Nelly was staring at the crew member in disbelief as she called a customer a hoe. My sister came up from the back. She looked tired. Her hair was too short to tie back so she wore a hat. Nelly walked up to Miranda and told her to go to the office.

"I'm sorry about that ma'am. Let me make up to you. Anything on the menu is yours." Nelly smoothed over. The girl seemed satisfied and ordered. After she got her food and left i went to the counter.

"Grr.... Sammie is a dick. He refuses to let me use your discount now." I vented to Kay but she seemed unfazed. Normally she would clap back.

"Kay, sweety are you okay?" Nelly touched her shoulder but Kay didn't react.

"What's wrong with her?" Ruby asked confused. We shook out heads confused as well.

"Hey sweety why don't you go on break." Nelly suggested and Kay left.

"What happened?" I asked angry. Nelly thought for a second.

"I bet she fought with him again. He's here an all." She informed me and I that was it.
