Lin sat on the hospital bed anxiously waiting for a doctor to come back. They had done a xray of her ribs cause the swelling and pain she was having. Nelly was hugging Rose while she slept on her lap.
"I'm sorry Nelly." Lin cried after not having talked to Nelly since it all happened.
"I should have been paying better attention." She continued to cry. Nelly couldn't believe this little girl.
"Sweety, Lin.." Nelly lifted Rose off her and sat her down on the arm of the chair. She walked over to a devastated Lin.
"Don't apologize. Sweet girl, you did nothing wrong here. Come here baby." Nelly comforted the girl as she geld Lin in her arms. Lin cried for what felt like years before falling asleep in Nelly's arms. Nelly laid Lin back and sat down next to Rose who was awake now.
Nelly heard her phone ring and saw Jimin texted her. She answered back simply.

Like expected Jimin called her right after seeing the message.
Nelly POV
I took my phone and left the room careful not to wake up Lin. I answered the phone while standing outside the ER. Jimin was sitting on a hotel bed with Yoongi, Namjoon and Hobi also in the room.
"Why are you at the hospital?" Jimin demanded to know while still being sensitive to the situation.
"Calm down Jimin." I tried to reason but he only got more uneasy.
"Who got hurt?" Yoongi asked while Jimin looked annoyed.
"It's Lin." I spoke and Hoseok's face went stone cold. He looked both scared and sad all while trying to hide his emotions from being read.
"What happened?" Namjoon asked.
"You can't let Kay know. Swear it, I mean it guys." I demanded and they agreed.
"Justin broke into the apartment while me and Rose slept. Lin sadly was alone in the living room." I explained, sad.
"She hasn't really talked about it much. But when I pulled him off her she was covered in blood and bruises." I further explained. It was hard to hear I saw it there faces. Picturing sweet little Lin, so young an innocent so hurt.. it was hard. Hobi looked like he might cry and excused himself.
"But that sick fuck was put in his place. I whooped some ass. I know I broke his nose at the least. Which felt so good." I kept talking.
"She's going to fine though so don't worry. Hey I have to go. Call me when you get to Korea." I said about to hang up.
"I love you Chimmy." I said before hanging up finally.
I went back inside and saw the doctor had woken Lin up. I introduced myself ad her guardian (Lies). She explained that Lin's ribs are slightly bruised but not horrible. Basically she just needs to take it easy a few days and she'll be just fine.
I took the girls home. Lin went straight to her to sleep and ai sent Rose to bed too. I had bought knew locks and replaced them while they slept.
Lin's POV
I laid in bed for about an hour before giving up on sleep. This had to be the hardest day of my life thus far. I was gonna start watching YouTube when I got unexpected call from J-Hope. I answered it not know what to expect.
"I was so worried about you. Are you okay?" Was the very first thing he said to me. He called because he was worried about insignificant little me? My eyes teared up and he saw it.
"No." Was all I said. He looked at me truly worried, like he cared about me.
"What happened to you Sunshine?" He asked me. Sunshine? Funny coming from the happiest person I've ever met.
"I have no reason to be this upset. I'm alive, I'm safe...." I said my voice shaking as I held back tears.
"Yes you do." He said so certain. I looked at him surprised.
"You nearly died today. And are lucky to be alive. Of course you have every right to be sad, or scared." He said futher supporting me. My tears finally fell from my eyes.
"Hobi, he... I was so scared. I can't sleep, I'm so scared he's gonna come back." I admitted finally.
"It's okay sweetie.I'll stay on the phone with you all night if it makes you feel safer at all." He promised. I laid down and we talked until we both fell asleep And when i woke up he was still on the phone. Just he was getting ready for his flight.
"Oh, good morning Lin!" He smiled blowing me a kiss.
"You really stayed on with me all night?" I asked and he nodded
"Thanks Hobi, your too sweet." I smiled thankful. He's just as sweet as I hoped he was.
"No problem beautiful, hey I have to go. I'll text you later." He promised before hanging up.
