It's been 3 days since the surgery. Lin is out of the hospital and doing better. She and the girls are leaving for Brooklyn today. They have the $15,000 Justin stole once again. Along with the $9,000 Lin 'returned' to Justin. Plus $400 for selling Kaylee's car. $1000 for selling Lin's car. And $5,000 they got for selling everything they owned except a few things. So on them right now, in cash they have $30,400. Only $9000 is stolen, but Justin deserved it.

Lin and the girls were driving to Brooklyn from Colorado. It was gonna be a long drive to say the least a 28hr drive. They have planed 30 minute stops every 5 hours so they can stretch their legs and such. Thankfully Nelly has a fairly nice car. But she did save up for years to get it.

And luckily it has plenty of trunk space. So Lin is in the back. She is holding most of the snacks. They've been driving for roughly 8 hours. And have stopped twice due to Lin getting motion sickness. And once for food. By now it's when Hobi called Lin.

"Hey Hobi!" She smiled and he calmed down.

"Hey baby." He smiled then suddenly Nelly took the phone. She was clearly pissed off.

"What the hell Hoseok?!" She yelled at me confusing the boy.

"What Nelly? What's wrong?" He asked panicked.

"Seokjin told me about you bull shit with Kay. What the fuck?" She scolded him and he stopped caring.

"But she is the reason.." He started to say when Nelly cut him off.

"Shut up Hoseok! Do you know what that girl has done for us? All shes suffered for us!" Nelly yelled at him more.

"Growing up she took all her parents abuse, physical, emotional, sexual all so Rose wouldn't bare that way. And when I was taken into their house after my family died she protected me too. For years she took beatings and being raped so me and Rose would be safe!" Nelly shocked him into silence. He had no clue. He couldn't have Kay never talked about her past. Thats when Lin took the phone.

"Your giving her a hard time? Hobi.. why? I would easily die for her. Do you know what she's done for alone?" Lin began to scold him too disappointed in her love.

"About the time we met I was being stalked by this creepy 30 year old guy. He would follow me home and harrass me at work. She stopped him from raping me in an alley. Granted she shot him a couple times and was in jail for a month but she did it all for me. And we barely knew eachother. I literally owe her my life." Lin told more about the kind of person Kay is.

"Kay is literally the type of girl who would die so you could live. If it meant saving your life she would give hers in a split second. So don't you dare be mean to her." Rose said while driving.

"I'm sorry. I didn't realize." Hobi looked away ashamed.

"We are crossing a zone without service  talk later." With that Lin hung up.

Nelly was steaming. Rose looked just as annoyed.

"I'm sorry about him." Lin apologized but it didn't matter.

"It's been done. We can only hope Kay isn't having a rough day or his attitude will be harder on her." Nelly added, and she wasn't wrong.
Cause right now in Korea, Kay was fighting off Jae. And Jungkook was being beat up.

**Time Skip** Rose had stopped at a local Arby's for dinner. It had been three hours since the with Hobi. Kay had already been in her second fight with Jae. She is currently in bed sleeping. The boys were now at practice.**

3rd Person POV (In Korea)

The boys had only just arrived at practice and Theo was not happy. He saw the bruise on Jungkook's face and immediately assumed it was Kay's fault.

"Theo, Kay had nothing to do with this. I just got into a fight and lost." Jungkook replied, lying of course. Cause if he hadn't kissed Kay, Jae would never had attacked him.

"Yeah Jungkook is just an idiot." Yoongi agreed with Kookie.

Theo was unconvinced but agreed.

**With Jae**

Jae went back to BigHit to speak to Bang about Kay's progress.

"You mean the white girl staying at the Bangtan Dorm?" Bang asked confirming who Kay was. Jae nodded.

"Yes sir. Anyway, she is getting progressively better. But I think living with Bangtan is getting in the way of her progress as not only a songwriter but an act." Jae explained.

"Wait, since when is this girl an act? I never approved such a thing. I don't even know if she's as good as you say she is. Why would I sign her?" Bang scolded Jae in annoyance.

"Well I suppose we'll just have to train her and make her act worthy." Jae spoke assured. Bang scoffed and dismissed the man.

**In America with the girls**

"Nelly, I'm gonna call Namjoon." Rose excused herself outside to talk to Namjoon. She rang him twice but no answer.

"What is his problem?" She grumbled annoyed. It wasn't that he was ignoring her, at least not this time. He was at practice so he couldn't answer yet.

She looked at her messages and Namjoon just now texted her.

Rose didn't respond she was tired of his ignoring her and lame excuses. Yesterday they had made plans to videochat but he canceled last minute for "work". But Jimin still called Nelly at that time.
Rose couldn't figure out what could be going on. Well she had one idea but it broke her heart to think about. The rumors that Namjoon of BTS is currently dating Sowon of GFRIEND. His costar for his first movie. Rose didn't want to believe it but all signs pointed to it being fact not fiction.
