October na. Birth month na ni Papa. May surprise party kasi kaming hinanda sakanya kahit na walang close sakanya. Wala rin atang may gusto sakanya kasi sobrang lupit niya at mabilis magalit. Pero, 50 years old na kasi siya this year, kaya we’re doing everything to make his golden year something to remember forever. One month was all it took to prepare the venue, the food, the program, and those who are invited. Marami pa kaming pinuntahan after. When we arrived, I realized that we were so late! The activity was already visitors making wishes for him. Buti nalang, hindi ako kasama sa mag-wiwish. Ayoko kasi maging plastic. Sorry nalang. Rolling in the Deep by Adele.

There’s a fire starting in my heart

Reaching a fever pitch, it’s bringing me out the dark

Finally, I can see you crystal clear

Go ‘head and sell me put and I’ll lay your ship bare

See how I leave with every piece of you

Don’t underestimate the things that I will do

There’s a fire starting in my heart

Reaching a fever pitch

And it’s bringing me out the dark

The scars of your love remind me of us

They keep me thinking that we almost had it all

The scars of your love, they leave me breathless

I can’t help feeling

Jusko.

We could have had it all

Rolling in the deep

NAGAWA KO! YES! SALAMAT PO!!!

You had my heart inside of your hand

And you played it, to the beat

Baby, I have no story to be told

But I’ve heard one on you

And I’m gonna make your head burn

Think of me in the depths of your despair

Make a home down there

As mine sure won’t be shared

The scars of your love remind me of us

They keep me thinking that we almost had it all

The scars of your love, they leave me breathless

I can’t help feeling

We could have had it all

Rolling in the deep

You had my heart inside of your hand

And you played it, to the beat

We could have had it all

Rolling in the deep

You had my heart inside of your hand

But you played it, with a beating

Throw your soul through every open door

Count your blessing to find what you look for

Turn my sorrow into treasured gold

You’ll pay me back in kind and reap just what you sow

We could have had it all

We could have had it all

It all, it all, it all

We could have had it all

Rolling in the deep

You had my heart inside of your hand

And you played it, to the beat

We could have had it all

Rolling in the deep

You had my heart inside if your hand

But you played it

You played it

You played it

You played it to the beat

As a matter of face, first time kong tumawag sakanya. Good thing about Vince is you can always count on him. Loko-loko man, alam mong maasahan mo siya when it comes to your issues or problems. The call lasted for 7 minutes. I was beyond grateful kasi gumaan ang pakiramdam ko nang makausap ko siya. He needed to end the call kasi his mom wants him to go to sleep already, so yun. Pero, the highlight of the night was that call that made her heart skip a beat and that made her happy that night because it was the only reason to do so. A call to remember, indeed.
