Elizabeth POV

I furrowed my eyes at her before panic grows inside me. Does Mr. Anderson want me? Did I make a mistake? Is he willing to fire me?
"Do you have any idea about it? " I asked confusingly.
She shook her head quietly "Okay I'm just going to settle my stuff, Give me few seconds "I said. Subsequently, I found myself in front of his office knocking on the door. I heard him approving my request so I walked inside, fear taking a huge place inside me but I managed to act normal. I can't remember that I made a lapse, so there is nothing to be anxious about.
" Tina said you want me here. Is there something erroneous? "I said standing formally In front of his desk. He elevated his head at me with blank expressions covering his face.
"Have a seat Miss Hudson " I nodded applying to his ask swallowing my throat. Why I got the feeling that I'm going to be kicked out?
"So as you know I don't bring you here until there's something imperative "He stood from his seat situating himself on the desk  . he stopped staring at my eyes before he snaps " Relax Miss Hudson I'm not going to sack you away" I jumped from my place surprised of his talking. I've known him for quite a while and still, I'm getting amazed by his attitude. I breathe in relief after my weird astonishment. At least I'm not getting fired.
" So you heard About the deal I made 4 years Ago with the Wilbert company " I nodded  "the exponent we had there quit his job for some unknown reasons. He was our connection with them. And Now as he left, we are searching for a better replacement. It's true That the CEO Of Wilbert Has a say in this But I'm sure He wouldn't refuse my suggestion" My eyebrows met in confusion.
" I hope the one you chose for this job is worthy enough" I declared. He smiled.
"Oh Trust me, he is for sure. Do You think He'll accept ?" He said looking into my eyes.
I looked down with a smirk. "He'll be foolish If he rejects the chance to work in a great company as Wilbert including being the connection between two companies".
"What if I told you that the person is You, Miss Hudson? Will you be a fool? " My eyes widened at his talking. Is he serious? Oh yes, He got that look.  Wait ! Im the trustworthy person who will be working this great Job! This time My eyes went bigger and all my teeth showed up. I tried to control my excitement as much as possible and uttered "I Mean that's amazing! Of course, I'm not that silly to refuse such a good opportunity for my carrier"
Mr. Anderson stood up with a cheerful smile as well "Then congrats on the new Job" I was so astonished by the ask that I couldn't blink. " Now listen, You and Chris the CEO of Wilbert will have to work together he has many connections, So we share the loss and the win. You have to approve his asks whatever they are. You will have so much work and so many deals to make. we don't want to lose a company like Wilbert so be ready " My blood frozen As the thought of this work spread to each part of my brain. how much work would I have to do? How am I going to be treated?
"Don't worry, you have your rights while staying there. I have already signed a contract about your safety, the place where you will stay and so do on. All you have to do is pack your things " he paused for a while" I hope You won't let me down. I select you for this job between many employees. Make sure you will do your best " I stood from my place as he walked me to the door "Your plane Tickets and every other need are booked. all you have to do is get on that plane this evening "
"Okay Sir, As much As I love this company I will not let you down. And I'm sure you will hear good news soon" I smiled at him even though I was scared inside. The weird thing is that he smiled back.
"Good Luck Miss Hudson," He said.
I found my way to my car As I finished with all the preparation for my flight tickets, Papers, and everything I need; I had the security carrying some boxes for me. "Goodbye," I waved them before splitting into my POLO.
The way home seems to last hours instead of 20 minutes  . all the way to my apartment my mind kept busy with this job. I unlocked my apartment door and heads immediately to my bedroom. I Grab my suitcase and start filling it with everything I need. I changed my formal clothes into loose ones. I'm not going straight to work, I will have to spend a day or two in the hotel before my apartment-second apartment- will be ready. I disconnected my phone from the charge and lit it up to find 3 missed calls from my dad.
