Chapter 20

It's Monday again. So soon. I don't know how Monday comes so early and it takes ages for Friday to come. I've had such a good weekend although I did spend most of my time studying but other then that I had my amazing friends who refreshed my mind every time after studying.
We made a watsapp group and talk about absolute crazy things on it. It's stupid but it's fun. Sometimes it's doesn't even look like we are bunch of students who are 18 or going to turn 18.
Today is November 15, my birthday is exactly in a month, December 15. I'll be 18 after which no one will be able to dictate my life.
Since Jayson gets annoyed if I just take a fruit for breakfast so I quickly take a bread and spread Nutella over it, Jayson would be here any minute.
Few minutes later I heard him honking, I went out to see a smiling Jayson waiting in his car.

"Hey". I said. "Look I am eating bread".

"Well I am glad you are eating properly". He smiled. "Neesh, you know that I am here with you if you want to tell anything to me, you should know I'll always be there for".

"Yes Jay, I know that". I think I have an idea why Jayson suddenly brought this up, I think he noticed on Saturday how I've been living and there's no one to take care of me.
He wants me to talk to him, I don't know if I am ready to tell him all about me but I do know that I will definitely tell him all about me.

"Here's your coffee". He said while placing the Starbucks cup in my hands.

"Yaass, you are the best!".

When I got out of Jayson's car, I started having this sinking feeling. Somethings not right.
When we started walking together inside the school, I noticed almost everyone looking at us. It used to happen in the beginning when I first started showing up in Jayson's car but then it stopped not completely but very much less then before so I am a bit confused why everyone's staring at us precisely me.
Jayson noticed this too because he held my hand and started leading me, there was this group of guys in the corner who were staring at me and it made me hella lot of uncomfortable, I kept my eyes down while walking past them when suddenly Jayson started shouting at them.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU LOOKING AT HUH?" Jayson gave this deadliest look to them and they started running in different directions. Jayson's always like that, no one ever dared to look in his direction but he did this after a long time.

I saw Bella and Vinny at my locker they looked worried and as soon as they saw me their expressions turned into shock, they ran towards me and hugged me.

"I am so sorry Nishu, we couldn't stop this but don't worry we are with you, nothing's going to change". Vinny tried to reassure me.

"What's wrong guys? What happened why are you saying all that?" I asked them, I looked over at Jayson and he looked as clueless as me.

"You don't know what happened?" Bella asked.

"Well people have been staring at me but I don't know why" I said.

"Bella please tell what happened" Jayson said impatiently.

"Well, umm.... Stacy kind of posted something on Instagram regarding Nisha".

I think my heart is about to explode. SHE WHAAT?

"What do you mean posted something tell me". Jayson said, speaking in my place because I am not able to speak anything.
