"So what do you do, Livana?" Logan asked out of the blue, taking in a piece of meat. I looked at him confused.
"Why do you ask?"
"Can I not start a conversation with you?" He retorted with a grin. I rolled my eyes and sighed with defeat.
"Fine. But if I tell you, you have to tell me what you do too." I reasoned. He scoffed, getting all cocky.
"Is that all?" He said with over confidence. I smirked.
"Ohh, do I sense a challenge?" I replied, making him straighten his stance and flex his biceps.
Those massive biceps...
"Apparently you do." He teased, chewing another piece of meat. I backed off the counter and folded my arms.
"You're on. After you tell me what you do, why not play a game of 'two truths one lie' with everyone?" I offered up. He smirked, placing both his hands on the counter, leaning forward, biting his bottom lip.
"Alright, let's do it princess." He agreed, holding out his hand for a handshake. I reach to shake it until he turned it into a dab. I gave him an irritated look.
Dammit.
"Ohhp! Too slow." He cockily smiled, laughing like a high school jock. I scoffed. "Come on, Livana, what do you do?" He questioned once more.
"Well.. this is gonna sound stupid, but..." I trailed off as he leaned in. "I actually want to be an actor. But, in my free time, I enjoy writing."
"That's cool, I'm an actor too! But what's your current job?" He pressed on. I let out a shaky sigh.
"I.. I work at a pharmacy part-time until I get a real job." I responded, feeling embarrassed. Yet, he looked genuinely intrigued.
He just stared at my face, for what felt like forever. It was odd. He didn't seem to notice he was doing it either. He just observed me without even flinching. His face muscle making him appear very focused.
And might I say, he is very cute when he's concentrated.
"Uhhm.. but now it's your turn to answer the question. Idiot." I said, trying to lighten the mood from the awkwardness surrounding us,
He shook his head and put on his previous stupid grin, returning to normal.
"I'm a vlogger." He said all perky. I tilted my head.
"You mean, blogger?" I questioned. He shook his head.
"Nope. Vlogggeerrr." He emphasized.
"What's that?" I asked, genuinely confused. He gasped, looking shocked and almost.. offended? "And hey, I thought you say you were an actor!"
"Someone who videos their life!" He exclaims passionately. "Do you even watch YouTube?" He fake gasped, still in shock. "Oh, and I am an actor. I do both." He replied happily.
"Oh, everyday." I reply. "But nothing comes up for vloggers." I finished. He scoffed, still in disbelief. "And that's awesome! What have you been in?"
"I've been in a new movie called 'Where's the Money', I just finished shooting for the sequel of my movie on YouTube red called,'The Thinning' and do many more." He bragged playfully. "Oh, and that's about to change. Come on, I'll--"
He came around the counter and started to walk towards me, smiling.
"No, Logan! Our deal, the game!" I objected, interrupting him. He groaned, stopping his tracks. "Just, please call everyone into the main room please?" I pleaded. He smiled, walking towards me slowly, stopping and stroking my cheek ever so lightly.
