Lydia and I were seated outside in Logan's backyard on our phones.
It's been about 3 weeks since Logan and I last spoke and saw one another. Not gonna lie, it felt like shit.
The days without him were bland and time moved by slowly.
I understood the fact that he left California and traveled for days, weeks I mean, but a call or a text would have made do.
I'm not saying he didn't do either of those, but the messages and talks were quite brief and vague. He was being pulled into several different directions and had no say in the matter.
So I couldn't really pin the blame on him...
But, the time of him being away, gave me time to reflect, to really process my feelings and emotions towards him.
They're incredibly tantalizing to say the least.
Moments or thoughts with him would make my mind spur into a spiraling downfall of my sanity.
He made me feel different. I know how cliché it sounds, but it's true. He confuses me, it's extremely annoying.
The mere prescence of him throws me off of my steady train of thought.
I couldn't come to the conclusion of it being 'love at first sight'. It was just highly implausible.
...
"Wooah, okay, much better!" Logan exclaimed as I took my gaze away from my phone to him.
He had had his head pressed against Brendan's camera. When he pulled away, he was shaking his head causing his hair to fluff up.
I cut that beautiful hair...
He clapped his hands together and Lydia nugged my shoulder.
"Pay attention while the 'legend' does his work." Lydia directed me sarcastically.
I scoffed playfully rolling my eyes, ultimately just watching him by my own choice.
"WOW. That's right, Team Maverick is back guys. I am so excited to be vlogging I could just--" Logan turned around to a dwarf, by the name of Evan, and started to play-fight him.
I giggled a little when Logan fell on the ground on his back.
Evan continues to 'pummel' Logan but he eventually gets up.
Logan picks Evan up by the sides of his head, swaying him back-and-forth. Andy joins in shouting for them to 'break it up'.
Logan picks Andy up by his torso and Evan grabs his feet.
They bring him to the pool and throw him in. Although, Logan followed right behind him.
"Ah, ooh-- shit, ass!"
Logan's body from the waist down entered the pool, only adding to the massive splash that was caused by Andy's body.
I winced and brought my arms up to guard my face, that had makeup on it, from the water.
Logan looks up at Brendan holding the camera.
"Karma's a bitch! Heheh," Logan smiled brightly and genuinely happy as he laughed at himself.
He used his muscular arms to launch himself out of the pool and got back into the pavement.
He stood up again and walked over to Brendan, completely disregarding the fact that half of him was sopping wet.
