Your pov

"Hey, what were you talking about?" Asked shawn as he grabbed your hands.

"Oh, nothing really. Just about things. The weather. This beach. Stuff like that" you say.

"Follow me I wanna show you something!" shawn yells as he drags you behind him.

You follow him up this gorgeous mountain trail. He takes you to the edge if the cliff (it's not that tall) and sits you down.

"Listen, (y/n). I just want to thank you for being my girlfriend. I've been holding this in for so long and it feels so good to finally let you know about my feelings. I love you so much and I want to make memories with you that I can cherish for my whole life."

"Wow, shawn. It's crazy how we were just friends 2 days ago. I love you too. How about we make some memories now?" you say laughing and pushing him off the cliff into the beautiful lake below. You smiled to yourself. Shawn was so sweet. He was the funniest person you knew and the biggest dork ever. You didn't want this summer to end, even though you went to the same school as him. With school you wouldn't be able to spend as much time with him.

"I hate you so much!" shawn yelled up to you jokingly.

"Right back at you ya loser!" You yell jumping in to join him.

"Hey wait for me!" Gilinsky yelled.

You're a creeper! You followed us all the way up here?" Shawn yelled up to him.

"Hey you two are a party I just couldn't miss out on." he said jumping in to join you.

Shawn grabbed your hands and pulled you over to him. He kissed your forehead and sat you down on his lap.
