As I flashed inside my brother's cabin, water and blood soaked my feet but as I looked towards the bathroom, where crimson seeped underneath, I slowly moved to the door, and pushed on it. As I did so I opened to a sight that made me gasp in utter shock.
Blood caked the walls and bath. The tap still ran making the water overflow and cause the blood to follow through. But as I came to Nico, I saw his wrists were slit, with bruising and his neck was also bruised and his back was snapped. My eyes became tearful.
And as I grabbed a towel, I lifted him up and gently placed him on the floor before I saw something that made me vomit into the toilet. Once I was done, I slowly covered him up, before flashing to the throne room. When I did they all fell silent.
Hades ran forth and when I placed Nico on a bed, I heard my brother's screams... "Who...?" I looked at my brother biting my lip. "I don't know, they had gone when I got there." His tears fell silent and I placed a hand to my brother's shoulder in comfort.
"You know the other option brother?" He nodded and moved his son's fringe. "He'll be in pain." He whispered. "I don't think it will change anything." I spoke. He nodded, biting his lip before he chanted, turning Nico into a minor god. But when he drew away, I hugged him.
We waited three days listening to his mental screams and pleas for death, but as I blocked them out, I noticed as his wounds began to close and the bruises began to fade into nothing. I watched as Hades dressed his son and place his bloody hands on his stomach.
I watched as his back snapped up, and his muscles became more defined. His hair soon became lighter and the bags under his eyes faded into nothing. His cheeks became more defined and his skin turned as white as snow. My eyes flickered to Hades, to see he was nervous.
He caught my gaze but as I looked at Nico, I saw his eyes flutter as his fingers twitched and when his eyes snapped open they scanned the room, before he slowly sat up, only to be crushed by my brother. I heard his broken sobs as Nico gasped out.
"Dad, what happened?" Hades drew away, and swiped his tears away. "Poseidon found you, lying in your bath dead..." Nico frowned and as he looked at me, I walked forwards. "Nico what happened?" He bit his lip, as tears threatened to spill. "You will not believe me." He spoke, brokenly.
"I can tell them whether your lying." Apollo spoke standing besides me. Nico nodded, taking a deep unnecessary breath. "Okay, so I was having a bath, and as I was Annabeth entered with James and Robert, Ares children, and as then Annabeth instructed them to pin me down with rope..."
He paused, as the tears rolled down his cheeks. "As she raped me and carved into my skin just as they did." Athena gasped along with Ares but as my eyes flickered to Apollo, tears streamed down his face. "It's true." My brother hugged his son as they sobbed harder.
"I was to weak to stop them." Artemis came forth. "That's not true you were out numbered..." Nico shook his head before turning to me. "I do know one thing, I think she's trying to hurt Percy in places he will crumble." I paled as Athena came forth, in tears.
She squeezed my hand and as Zeus spoke, my gaze flickered to him. "We will have to deal with this but I don't even know where to begin..." "Let me go to camp, I can look out for Percy." Nico spoke cutting my brother off, with determination in his eyes.
"They do not know I'm immortal, so they don't know my true power, but if I go it will seem, unsuspicious." He continued, causing me to smile slightly. "It's a good idea brother's, and maybe it could be a good way to catch them out." I spoke, biting my lip.
"Very well, but your son is a minor god meaning he needs domains." Zeus spoke. We all pondered what they could be and as Hera suggested shadows, and Apollo suggested auras I suggested innocent souls, and darkness, while Artemis chose mischief and slyness. Zeus nodded and Nico agreed, before standing.
"I don't anyone to know because won't help when watching." We nodded. "Let's just get news out to the monsters, make them fearful." Hestia spoke. We agreed once again and as Nico turned to me he spoke his thanks. I nodded and Hera spoke up, with a question I pondered.
"If Nico is a god what is his symbol?" "The hellhound." I suggested. They nodded and Nico smiled. Before he bid his father goodbye and shadow travelled to camp half-blood, as we now put our plan into motion, hoping nothing could go wrong. And me hoping my son is safe...
