Until Dawn ~Remake~

Chapter Eight

"Mike please don't do this!" Emily pleaded.
"Mike don't do it, we don't know anything about this," Jess says.
"She's gonna turn into one then turn on us!" Ashley says.
"Mike," Chris says.
Mike looks over at Chris, who give him the don't do it motion.

He grips the gun, and pulls the trigger. Emily's brain matter goes all over the wall. Her face has a hole where her eye once was.
"Holy shit Mike!" Sean says.
"What the fuck! What the fuck!" Karen says.
"Holy fuck, I actually did it," Mike says.
"God damn dude! What the hell?' Jeremy says.
"Listen, she would have turned and killed all of us! We're safe now!" He says.
"I don't know man," Matt says.

"Okay, we have to get off this mountain now!" Mike says.
"No no no, we should stay right here until dawn," Chris says.
"Yeah, help will come for us," Matt says.
"So we're gonna stay here like a wrapped up present, just waiting for that thing to rip us apart on Christmas day?" Mike says.
"Better than what you just fucking did!" Sean says.
"I did that to protect us!"
"You fucking shit her in the face! We could have waited, like what the fuck, Mike!" Karen says.
"Karen dont-
"Everyone shut the fuck up!" Matt yells. "Now I don't agree with Mike's decision, but he's right about us now being able to stay here. So can we drop it and get a move on?"

"Who had the cable car key?" Mike asks.
"Robert probably," Chris says.
"Shit, that they took him somewhere," Matt says.
"The mines," Jess says. " That thing lives in the mines."
"How do you know?" Sam asks.
"After Matt went to get Sean, I found like a den of sorts. All of it's past victims were down there. I even found Beth's body down there," she answers.
"Jesus Christ," Jeremy says.

"Okay, then I'm gonna go down there and get that fucking key, and then I'm gonna get us all the hell out of here!" Mike says.
"You can't go alone, I'll come with you," Jeremy says.
"I'll be fine."
"Mike I'm coming with you."
"Fine, let's go. The rest of you stay here and be careful," he says getting ready to leave.

Mike and Jeremy leave as the rest stay behind. Jeremy takes the shotgun, and Mike takes the handgun he shot Emily with.

"So we're just gonna stay here?" Matt asks.
"We don't have a choice," Ryan says.

SCREECH

"Fuck. We shouldn't stay down here!" Karen says.
"Yeah, let's go!" Sean says.

Jeremy and Mike

The walk to the mines was awkward, Jeremy didn't really know what to say until they approached the entrance to the mines.

"Okay, you ready?" Mike asks.
"Hell no. But I don't have a choice," Jeremy answers.

They make their way down the slope leading to the mines. A putrid smell erupted from a hole leading down. When they jumped down, they saw the wendgo, carrying Robert's body. Or what was left of it. His head and arms were gone. His stomach was ripped open and his intestines dragged behind him. But they could see the key on his belt.

They followed the creature, until it reached a door.
"Blackwood Sanatorium?" Mike asks.
"Yeah, it was shut down in 1952," Jeremy says.
They opened the door and walked into the main hall. The place was trashed, most of the walls had fallen down, and the chairs were all over the place.

"Jesus fuck, it looks like one of Josh's parties in here," Mike says.
"Yeah," Jeremy says.

They go up a staircase, when in the opening of one of the walls, a wolf jumps out.
"Whoa there buddy," Jeremy says.
The wolf growls at him, but soon calms downs as Jeremy pets it on the head.

The rest of the group

"Guys, my leg is going out," Chris says walking down the hall.
"C'mon man you can make it," Ryan says.
"No I really can't," he says sitting down.
"Shit, okay you guys stay behind with him and I'll scout ahead," Ryan says.
"You sure?" Sam asks.
"Yeah, I'll be fine," he says walking off.

Ryan

Ryan climbed down a ladder leading into a sewer. He made a little arrow, pointing to the entrance. Once he got down he heard a voice.

"Help us!" He hears.
"Jeremy?" Ryan says.
"Ryan, help!" He yells.
Ryan runs down the hall, and into a room leading to a trap door.
"Ryan! Ryan!"

Ryan quickly opened the trap door, just for a wendigo to jump out and grab him.
"Fuck that's not jerem-
The creature hits it's boney hands against Ryan's face, crushing his skull. The only thing left was his eyes and teeth.
