Chapter 38: The Battle Began part 1

~Yugi Pov~

We walked down the white pavement up to the Celadon City gym. The walk was quit except I was in between two Pokemon, who were growling and glaring at each other. I looked to Atem, who notice and stop growling then gave me sweet smile then look to Yami, who notice then gave me a small sad smile then I turn my gaze back forward and they went back at it.

"Whore" Yami said to Atem, who growl.

"Stupid" Atem yelled back. Yami growl.

" Oh I believe that you, Mr. Filth Of A Prince" Yami yelled. I finally had it and stop in my track.

" Yami shut up" Yugi yelled as he looked to Yami. Yami frown while Atem laughted then I looked to Atem.

"And that goes for you as well!" Yugi yelled at Atem, who frown then look away and down sadly.

"Nahhh" Yami said as he stuck his tongue out at Atem. Atem glare at him, we arrive at the a gym that looked like greenhouse and the roof was a large round maroon shape petals. A sweet aromas cam from the building that grabbed everybody attention and cut the tense air making everybody relax.

"Ahh what is that smell?" Brock said dreamly as he sniff the air.

"I know it smell so sweet" Misty said as she smell the air, Ash came up beside her.

"And relaxing" Ash said as he sniff the air. We smiled at one another then walk into the greenhouse, a bell sounded the air as we walked in.

"Welcome. Lovely weather were having, isn't it?. May I help you with finding any perfume " a sweet voice said. We looked forward where the voice had cane and there stood a beautiful woman with short blue hair with red head band with yellow kimono on.

"Gloom" a blue, bipedal Pokémon with rudimentary hands and feet. It has orange leaves and a reddish-brown flower growing from its head. The flower has large, rounded petals and white spots. The female displays only a single large white spot on each petal, while the male will have more, smaller spots. Its eyes are wide and often appear closed and its lips are thin and purple.

" Oh no thank you. We were actually here to challenge the Celadon city gym leader. My name, Yugi" I said sweetly.

"I'm Ash" Ash said happily.

"I'm Misty" Misty said sweetly.

"I'm Yami and that thing over there is Atem" Yami said boredly. Atem growled then looked at Yami.

"Grrr I'm highly capable of introducing myself!" Atem shouted annyoingly at Yami.

" Yeah but that sure doesn't go for you're legs" Yami mumble.

" What did you say!" Atem screamed.

" Yami and Atem stop it!" Yug hissed then turn his gaze to the woman and gave cute and charming smile.

"Oh my ra so cute!" a girl in the back said, who had heart in her eyes as she looked at Yugi not knowing that Yami and Atem were behind her with narrowed angry red eyes as they stare at her and growl. Yugi wink at the girl cutely.

" My name is Erika. I am the Leader of Celadon Gym. I am a student of the art of flower arranging. My Pokémon are solely of the Grass type. ...Oh, I'm sorry, I had no idea that you wished to challenge me. Very well, but I shall not lose."
