"Mari, are you sure you wanna do this?" Alya asked. "I want you to be comfortable at your party, not a nervous wreck!".
"I'm sure," I said confidently. "I want to be safe.
Adiren's POV:
The room fell silent as my dad walked in.
"Silence boys," he said.
I didn't think the room could get any quieter, but here we were!
"As you probably already know, the princess has been the target of a villain recently," he said. "Due to this, you have been requested by her majesty herself to protect her tomorrow night at her royal birthday ball."
Then, the room erupted into cheers. The chance to go a royal ball AND protect the princess!
"SHUT UP!" my dad screamed. "DON'T MESS THIS UP!"
