Marinette's POV:
Chat Noir put me down on the stone path to the castle.
"Purrincess, there's something I need to tell you," Chat Noir said.
He de- transformed in front of me. Now, Knight Adrien now stood in front of me.
"A-ADREIN!" I gasped. "You're Chat Noir?"
"Yup," he said. "I'm so sorry I couldn't protect you at your party!"he looked down at the ground.
"Adrien, don't say that!" I lifted his head so I could look him n the ye. "Not only did you protect me, but you saved me!"
Then a thought occurred to me:
"Adrien, why did you de-transform in front of me?" I asked.
"Oh, well....It was my fault for your capture. So I knew it had to be me to save you. I couldn't do it as Adrien, but i couldn't take credit for Chat Noir's work, so...." he trailed off.
"I understand."I said. " I won't say a word." I winked.
"C'mon, let's get you back to your party," Adrien said.
