Adrien's POV:
I was on the floor again.
"YOU HAD ONE JOB!" my father screamed.
"I..I'll find her!" I stood up weekly.
"She's...gone..."
We all turned to see King Tom on his knees. We could all tell the King was crying.
"Marinette!" Queen Sabine screamed as she fell to the ground as well.
"Your majesties," my dad knelt down with them. "I take full responsibility for the failure of my men and son. I will personally go find her.".
"No." I said.
"What did you say?" My father's glare intensified.
"This was my fault," I said. "I let my guard down, and the Princess payed for it. I need to be the one to save her!"
Before my father could object, I grabbed my sword and ran out the door.
Chat Noir is gonna have to save her, I thought. But I can't take credit for something Chat did.
There was only one choice. I might have to reveal my identity.
