Chat Noir's POV:

I was jumping from roof to roof, in search of where the Evilillustrator could of taken my Purrincess.

I hope she's OK...I thought. Oh who am I kidding, of course she's not! I have to find her before they hurt her!

Just then, I saw a bright flash of light out of the corner of my eye. I looked to see the flash coming from an abandoned castle.

Well, that can't be normal!

Just then, I heard a scream from inside.

And just like that, all my conman sense left my body, along with my element of surprise as I barreled through the glass window. Everything was dark. Even my night vision wasn't working. Just then, a light turned on, and I turned to see it.

The light stood above a young girl, frozen in canvas like, box.

"MARI!" I ran to her. A slammed my staff against the thing harder than I knew the staff could take.

"It's so cute how you fight for her." I turned to see the Evilillustrator standing in the shadows.

"What do you do to her?" I yelled.

"I simply took what was mine." he said.

"She doesn't belong to anyone!" I launched my staff at him, but he blocked it.

"If you give me your Miraculous, I'll let her go!" he screamed as he smirked.

Just then I stopped. Giving up my Miraculous meant that the bad guys would win. But it would mean that the princess would live.

"If you love her, you'll do anything to save her!"

"But I love Plagg too! He's like a little brother to me!" I admitted.

"Wait, who's Plagg?"

"My Kwami," I admitted.

"Well, who more important to you?"

"I don't have to tell you anything!" I said as we kept fighting.

All of a sudden, I was off the ground, and hovering.

"C'mon Chat," said a deep voice. "You know her majesty means more to you than some kwami...." he whispered in my ear.

I sighed, and looked at the floor.  "Will you really release her?"

3 rd person:

The two villeins smirked. They had broke him.  Hawkmoth put Chat Noir down, and he fell to his knees.

Chat Noir was about to give up his miraculous. His everything, his soul.  All he stood for, protecting Paris, the princess, everyone. It would be over.

He started to pull off his ring, slowly.

Yes...Yes...Yes! Hawkmoth thought. All of this was worth it! Not only will Chat be defeated, but I will learn his true self!

Chat Noir's POV:

I...I CAN'T DO IT!

I launched my staff at the two and it knocked them to the ground, unconscious.

I ran to the Evilillustrator, and grabbed his paintbrush. I snapped it in half. A little black butterfly fluttered out of it. Just then, there was a big rumble and a bright flash of red light. Now in front of me, lay a redheaded boy.

"Whe-Where am I?" he said.

"That's a long story young man," I said. "Climb out that window, that's the way out."

He nodded, and climbed away.

Just then, another rumble was heard and a bright flash of red light upreared.

I looked up at the princess's pedestal and saw her fall to the ground, unconscious.

"Purrincess!" I ran to her side and cradled her in my arms.

"Ch...Chat?" she gasped.

"Yes, it- its me!" I started to tear up.

Marionette shivered. I held her closer.

"Come on, I'll take you home." I carried her to the window.

Marinette snuggled close to me as I jumped from roof to roof.
