We all took the same Uber to the airport.
Dareus and Anais said their goodbyes then Dareus and I boarded our plane.
On the plane ride I started thinking how life with Dareus would be once we got home.
Was I moving too fast? Did she feel the same way bout me?
I don't know but the last thing I want to do is hurt her and vice versa.
5 hours later ...
We arrived at her house.
There was a older white man in a suit knocking on the door
"Can I help you" Dareus said.
"Hello ma'am are you Dareus Santiaga?"
"Yes.. that would be me"

Me and Dareus side eyed each other in confusion.
Dareus unlocked the door and we all went inside. She grabbed all three of us a water bottle and sat down.
"Now what can I do for you sir?"
"Well let me introduce myself... I'm Dick Henry and I'm Liam Terrell's lawyer"

Dareus eyes got big as if she was nervous.
"What about him" she asked in a nonchalant tone taking a sip of her water.
"Well ma'am it seems as if he has left you everything in his possession"
She started choking on her water, me being me I patted on her back till her throat was clear.
"Are you serious?... why?" She asked.
"He said he was in love with you and that he planned on marrying you"
Dareus had a sudden look of disgust on her face, shit I did too! What the fuck make him think her fine ass would ever marry him?
The lawyer continued talking. He said Liam left her 1.7 billion dollars, 2 houses in Nevada, 3 houses in Miami, 1 in Jamaica, 1 restaurant on the strip of Vegas, private jet and all his foreign cars.
Dareus didn't know how to react. She was scared to react. She couldn't believe that from one big mistake all to help her ex boyfriend out led to her having more money than her parents put together.
I myself was shocked shit I thought I was stepping in to help her but it looked liked she didn't need none of that.
I still wanted to lover her. And not because of her wealth either. I got my own money but to build together and possibly spend the rest our life together. She was my angel.
Dareus signed the papers putting everything in her name. They lawyer was out the door satisfied with his work.

Y'all I'm in total shock!
I just wanna thank God for letting everything happen for a reason.
I didn't have to worry about Liam begging me for sex, Maurice beating me breaking my heart and Samora ass ruining my relationships.
