All Falls Down

Anais had knocked Samora ass out in the pool. She was out cold, sad thing is no one jumped in to save her.

Maurice continued to beat Mr. Terrell even though he was already unconscious.

Dareus and Anais ran inside the house to call the police. Maurice wasn't getting away with another murder.

"Hello officer could you please send someone out! My ex broke into my home! He's trying to kill me!"
"Ma'am what's your address?"
"143 Lovers Lane"
"On the way ma'am"

1 hour later...

The cops came and went. Maurice was arrested for the murder of Mr. Terrell he had beaten him to death.

Samora was rushed to the hospital she was unconscious. The ambulance said she had a slight heartbeat she may or may not make it.

Dareus and Anais told the detective Mr. Terrell (Liam) showed up to her house to give her extra credit assignments for the days she had missed before winter break when they were blind sided when Maurice popped up at her house unannounced. Once he notice Mr. Terrell was there he got angry and started beating him for no reason.

"What about the young lady in the pool?" The detective asked.

Dareus told him that Samora was Maurice baby mama/ current girlfriend. "She must've followed him to my house and when he seen her he hit her making her fall into the pool."

"Why didn't you jump in to save her?"

First of all what the fuck I look like saving that home wrecking hoe? She can die for all I care... "sir I was afraid for my own life it happened so fast we ran inside and called the cops."

The detective looked at Dareus with a raised eyebrow but didn't question what she said "okay ma'am that's all we need for now besides we caught Maurice beating Mr. Terrell to death. He won't be getting out no time soon."

The detective winked his eye showing his pearly white teeth with a smile then walked away.

"Damn girl he fine as fuck" Anais whispered to Dareus.

"Um... sir I didn't catch your name" Dareus yelled behind him

"Lesley Washington."

Damn he was fine Dareus thought. She hoped it wouldn't be her last time seeing him.

The detective sat inside his car looking over the evidence he collected... something didn't add up and he was going to figure it out. He would definitely be seeing Ms. Dareus Santiaga again.
