As Bill flipped on the projector, Jane crossed her arms and leaned up against the wall of Bill's garage. Everyone was there. Bill, Richie, Eddie, Ben, Beverly, Stanley, and a new kid; his name was Mike Hanlon. Dan had stayed home, his mom tending to him to make sure he was alright.

"I'll meet you there later. It'll be fine." Dan had said as he shut the door. Jane now stood, with the rest of the Losers' Club, in Bill's garage as Bill put up a map.

"So... this is the map of Derry?" Jane asked, her hair dangling over her left eye. They all looked at her and nodded, and she looked up at the map. The projector cast a light all over them, as it showed the map to Derry. Bill had put up a map of the sewers, put in a perfect line with the projector. Jane watched as he marked the Kitchener Ironworks, which had exploded in the spring 1906. Then pointed to the point of the Black Spot, burnt down in the 1930s.

"Everywhere a major Derry disaster struck... it was all connected to the sewer. And they all connect-"

"At the house on Neibolt Street." Jane felt a shiver go down her spine as Eddie took a breath from his inhaler, and rested head on his hand. He looked up at the map and shook his head, mumbling.

"I'm not doing this." He suddenly said, standing up. He walked over to the map and ripped it off the wall, everyone telling him to put it back, as Jane just stood silent as they all talked. She was staring at the screen. The Ironworks... the Black Spot... I've seen what was left of them. Suddenly, without anyone touching it, the projector changed slides. Everyone stopped and stared at it as it changed, Eddie moving out of the way as it showed,

"Georgie." Jane whispered, Bill's younger brother smiling broadly on the bright day. It was of him on his dad's shoulder, on a log ride somewhere at an amusement park, then of him with Bill and his family. That was when everyone started to freak out, as the projector flashed, slowly zooming in on Georgie's smiling face as the tick of each slide popping up made Jane's stomach flip. It went from Georgie, up to Bill's mom, her auburn hair flying over her face. It seemed normal... until Jane could see a pale, white, face behind the hair. Jane felt goosebumps rising on her arms as the hair moved, in a clips you would see from a movie... flawless. Everyone hopped up from their seats and all huddled behind Bill, who was awestruck.

"Turn it off..." Beverly said as the hair whipped around, revealing a pair of yellow eyes. "TURN IT OFF!" The hair whipped around... but it was no longer Bill's mom. It was that clown... Pennywise. He had a smile on his face, that kind of smile you would see on a child who had just done something they weren't supposed to, and the child thought it was fun to do it again. It stared at them as everyone started to scream and yell, until Mike kicked over the box the projector was sitting on.

"What was that?" Eddie asked as the projector clattered on the ground as Jane stared at the screen, everyone staring back at the projector, to the screen. Stanley stood in front of the screen as the blurry image of Pennywise flashed across the screen, the projector shifting as everyone gasped for air, their hearts racing. It was when the screen went blank that Jane took a step forward, just a few feet away from the screen. The screen went black as a hand reached out of the wall, along with the body and face of Pennywise, sharp teeth protruding from his mouth. Jane screamed as the hand clasped around her body and she was flung backwards, slamming into the wall and landing on a shelf, which collapsed under her weight. She slammed into the ground, Pennywise reaching forward as everyone yelled and scrambled around the room. Jane looked face to face with him as he crawled forward. The projector was the only light source, and it soon changed.

"JANE!" Bill yelled as he ran over to her, Pennywise roaring loudly. She pointed to the garage door, light pouring in from the glass above. Bill ran over and yanked up the door as everyone ran after him, light pouring into the room. There was a loud screech, and as everyone looked back, Pennywise was gone. Bill grabbed his bike that was in the grass as everyone walked outside, Mike helping Jane as she tried to stand. Her arm was bleeding, a large cut on her shoulder was the source of all the blood. Bill rode off on his bike, everyone yelling after him.
