----Detention and Forming the Group----
--Ariana's POV--
---After school---
The last bell rang, indicating that end of the day had come and that we could all could go home. But not me. I have to spend 2 hours after school in detention. At least I don't have to spend detention alone.
---In detention---
I walked into the band room to find the other four girls already there. Great, I'm late.
"It's nice of you to join us Miss Styles. Please take a seat." Mr. Johnson, the band teacher, said and gestured for me to have a seat.
"Now, I have a meeting that will take about the two hours. So please, no talking, no phones, and just sit here." Mr. Johnson explained before he exited the room.
Once we knew that he was far enough, I spoke up.
"I'm Ariana Styles by the way. What's your names?" I said, introduced myself.
I didn't want to just sit here in silence for two hours with people I don't know. That's just plain awkward.
"I'm Ella Tomlinson." The girl with the wavy brown hair said.
"I'm Amanda Horan." The girl with the bleached blond hair said.
"I'm Samantha Payne." The girl with the plaid shirt said.
"And I'm Elena Malik." The girl with the jet black hair told me.
"So, are you guys all sophomores?" I asked after a moment of awkward silence.
"I'm actually a junior." Elena replied.
"Me too." Ella added.
"I'm a sophomore." Samantha said.
"And so am I. What about you?" Amanda said.
"I'm a sophomore also." I replied.
This is going to be a long two hours
--Amanda's POV--
So the five of us just sat there in awkward silence for about twenty-five minutes, until I spotted a guitar in the corner of the room. So I decided to get up and grab it.
"Where are you going? We're not supposed to be getting up." Samantha told me.
