--Amanda's POV--

---The judges house---

Yesterday we performed for Simon and today we are getting the results. I really hope we make it through.

"You guys ready?" Sam asked us, shaking me out of my thoughts,

"As ready as we'll ever be." I replied.

We all walked nervously out to Simon. Here we go.

"Hello girls." Simon said.

His voice was happy nor was it upset. I couldn't really tell how his voice sounded. But I can tell you right now he had a very blank face on. Oh my gosh! We didn't make it! I can feel it!

"You girls are amazing singers. And yesterday's performance proved why I said yes to you in the first place. Congratulations, you made it to the live shows." Simon told us as a smile crept on his face.

Did I just hear him right! WE'RE GOING TO THE LIVE SHOWS! The girls and I screamed and gave Simon a HUGE group hug, causing him to laugh.

---A couple of hours later---

We've been looking for Mr. Johnson for the past two hours, but couldn't find him. I swear he was here when we got here.

We looked in front and saw his car pull up.

"Sorry, I missed it. I had to go to the air-" But we cut him off with our screams and hug.

"Did I miss something?" He asked when he let go.

"WE'RE GOING TO THE LIVE SHOWS!" We screamed in sync.

"Oh my gosh! Girls that's amazing!" He said smiling.

"Okay, enough talk about this for right now. Why the heck did you go to the airport?" Sam asked, very confused.

"Because I had to pick up your surprise." He said with a slight smile.

"Mr. Johnson, if you told our parents, I swe-" Ella started, but was cut off by Principal White walking up behind Mr. Johnson.

"Principal White?" We said in sync, causing us to become very confused. Okay, what the heck is going on here?

"Hello girls." She said with a smile.

"Okay, not to be rude or anything, but why are you here?" Elena asked in confusion.

"Mr. Johnson here has been keeping me updated ever since you five made it through the auditions. He had a feeling that you guys were going to make it through to the live shows, so he invited me to come watch the shows." Principal White explained.

We all sent Mr. Johnson a death glare.

"What? She wanted to see you guys perform, considering that she hasn't been able to make it." Mr. Johnson said, defending himself.

"So you got yourself out of detention I see." Principal White said after a moment of silence.

"So who's hungry!" I said changing the subject

She was pretty upset when Mr. Johnson told her that we made through to the next round on the X Factor and wouldn't be able to finish out our detentions, but she got over it pretty quickly.

"I AM!" Amanda yelled and we ran to the car, avoiding the conversation.

Mr. Johnson and Principal White laughed as they followed us to the car. This is going to be such an amazing journey. I really hope the people at home like us.
