"Ah~" Yeri spread out her arms, standing by the seafront of Busan. She let the cool breeze whip past her in the surprisingly sunny, fall day, "I missed you, Busan!"

"How about your sanity, do you miss that too?"

"Shut up, Lalisa," she turned to glare at her tall friend who was huddled up in a black jacket, trying to survive what she perceived as cold weather, "you did the exact same thing in front of the airport in Thailand."

"Did you ever see me do it again? Exactly, that's what I thought," Lisa let one strap of her backpack fall, swinging it to the side for easier access to the contents inside. She pulled out her book, zipping up the red bag and quickly fixing her items, "where is your cousin, anyway?"

"He said he'll be here soon," Yeri looked at her wrist watch, examining the time, "although, he is a bit late."

Lisa hummed as she sat on a nearby bench, opening the book she held in her hands, "ooooh, it has roman numerals."

"Why would a Greek book have Roman numerals?" Yeri scrutinized, sitting on the bench and leaning her body on to Lisa's.

"Maybe everyone used it back in the day? I mean, people still use it in math."

"They do?"

Lisa gave Yeri a look, "yeah? You know, on a coordinate plane?"

Yeri straightened out to look at her, an eyebrow raised in question, "That's barely enough to say it's used in math. Like, try using it when you're solving a linear equation, it's highly impractical." Lisa closed the book and tucked it away under her arm.

"You know what, Yeri, you do that."

"Why would I do it, you're the one insisting that Roman numerals are still used in math today."

"Uh uh, I did not insist on anything. If anything, you're the one making a big deal out of it."

"....And, if anything, you two nerds are wasting time." the two girls whipped their heads at the voice, almost growling at the man for his comment.

"Oh. Jimin." Yeri composed herself and sat in front of him with a blank face, not at all amused with her older cousin, "you're late."

"There was traffic, ok." he raised his palms out in front of him, giving his excuse for his tardiness.

"Whatever," Yeri stood up and crossed the distance between them. There was this silence that surrounded them for a while, a silence Lisa felt was uncomfortable but she guessed it was just her. A small smile formed on the cousins' lips as they hugged eachother suddenly, "how have you been?" Yeri asked.

"Good. Jungkook's been keeping me company," Yeri pushed him away, her face showing signs of panic. Jimin's eyes widened, "n-no! not in that way! Get you're mind out of the damn gutter." Lisa cackled while Jimin took it in himself to glare at her.

"Is he your friend?"

He brought his attention back to the girl in front of him; a girl, he realized, who was holding a duffel bag he was sure weighed two times more than she did, "yeah. He said he had some work to do here so I took him with me."

"Is he going to be staying at the apartment?"

"...yeah, but he'll sleep on the couch. I'm sure he doesn't mind," Jimin turned to the car behind him, tapping on the window, "you don't mind, do you?" the tinted window rolled downwards, revealing a well sculpted man that Yeri presumed was Jungkook.

"Don't mind what?"

"Sleeping on the couch."

"I guess," he answered, looking away but still kept his window down. Jimin took the bag away from Yeri, walking to the back of the car to put it away, leaving the girl to her own musings.
