Dealing with the haters - part 1

It had Been a good three months since Emily had joined smosh games and to be honest working with the smosh family had Been amazing, Everything she could Dream off and more. They were all supportive and wonderful people who she was enjoying working with and getting to know everyone

She was beginning to finally feel Like she was a part of Smosh games, Like she was becomming friends with her co workers and it felt amazing to finally feel Like she belonged somewhere for once.

To feel so accepted by her co workers at least.

She would sometimes have discssions with Lasercorn about everything and anything, when they were shooting videos they often teamed up together when she wasn't teaming up with Wes.

She would often joke around with Sohinki, at times they would even challenge each Other to do things - always pushing each other to do harder challenges/ bets or trying to outdo the other.

She would lightly tease Joven if he teased her but would defend him if the other members of Smosh games where teasing him too much.

If she was ever having an existential crisis or wanted to talk about the universe she would talk to flitz.

She would hang out with Mari often and have girl talks plus Mari helped her out with her makeup and hair from time to time.

She was of course closer with Wes than anyone else as they shared a desk. The ridiculous nicknames was still going around and it was their thing now. She and Wes had gotten to know each other a lot better as they were always hanging out at lunch and sitting next to each other when they were playing games.

She loved interacting with all of them and felt like she was forming a friendship with everyone.

The fans however was a completely different story.

The fans of the Smosh games Channel were not that kind to her, sure there were some Loving fans who Liked her and liked her being a member of smosh games.

But the mayority of fans who disliked her was over half of Them, they would leave cruel comments about her under the videos she was in, point out her size, compare her to the other girls, comment on something she Said/did.

It had Been going on since the start really But it was barely there Then and had grown massively over time and now it was happening constantly.

Emily knew there were internet Trolls and bullies everywhere And usually she had becomr so good at brushing of the hate and insults But it was becoming harder for her As it happened constantly.

It would be comments Like

' Wow funny How Emily tries too hard to be creative and hilarious, when she's really boring and tries too hard'

'Everyone working at smosh is beautiful and talented.. And then there's Emily ofc'

'Emily is the ugliest Girl/person at Smosh'

'Her style is ugly and she's not talented at all'

'She should go back to where she came from'

'Smosh was so much better before she joined'

'She ruins all the vids for me'

Emily was normally really good at ignoring hate and fully believed that if people didnt Like her that was their issue not hers.

But she liked going into the comment section and responding / interacting with the fans and normally it would make her happy As she loved the fans. Lately that was harder for her to do though As all the hate made her unsure of herself
