Wes leaned his back against the Wall and sank Down the Wall to the floor.

He Just stared into the air

What the hell was going on. Since when was Emily and Shanye close? Were they into each other? Were they dating? Why hadn't Emily told him?

His mind was Racing.

He didn't understand What was going on. Everything felt wrong.

He had Been feeling off since the she had kissed him on the cheek.

It had felt natural and good and pretending to be her boyfriend had felt Like second Nature to him.

Did he Like her now?

She was beautiful though, she always looked stylish and amazing, she was always so kind and helpful and so so beautiful with her beautiful amber eyes and fair skin.

She made him laugh so easily. She cared about him too he could tell.

But they were just friends Right?

They had had the whole talk about people shipping Them, and he couldn't tell if it was the fans shipping them that Got in the Way Or if he liked her

As Christmas came closer, his feelings became a lot more muddled up in his Head and he felt so confused

He and Emily still hung out But he couldn't relax around her anymore.

He kept questioning his feelings for her.

She was also a very touchy feely person, she would hug him on occasion, poke his side, play with his hair and occasionally sit in his lap.

He did notice that she had grown close with Shanye

She would talk about how great Shanye was all the time and every time Wes wanted to scream yet he knew he couldn't do anything at all about it as he didn't know how he felt at all.

Some days Shayne would poke his head through the door frame and go

'YO EM'. Do you want to go to the gym with me'

'yes definitely! I want to be in better shape for winter games' Emily would respond and then they were walking out of the office.

They never asked Him if  he wanted to join them. It was always just them. Alone together. All the time.

Wes wasn't jealous he just missed his Best friend. That was all it was.

On a wednesday in December it was raining heavily Outside and Everyone in the Office was editing videos

Wes couldn't stop thinking about How good it had felt kissing Emily's cheek and How natural it had felt touching her.

He didn't want to be. They Went over that people shipped Them. If he started getting feelings it could mess things up. It could ruin their friendship and that was the last thing he wanted, Especially because he thought that Emily had started crushing on Shayne.

He felt someone tapping his shoulder and he looked up and Saw Emily look at him worriedly

'Are you okay? You were sort of staring into space and didn't respond when We called Your name.

' yeah! I was just thinking about the bed way to edit the newest video we filmed' Wes said in what he hoped was a convincing lie
