"Jeez, this mountain feels bigger every time I scale it," Chris says.
"Feels like it's getting smaller to me," Josh says.

Josh was Hannah and Beth's brother. He's very protective of Beth ever since Hannah disappeared. He's appreciative of Jeremy for not leaving Beth, even though she was a total outcast for a year.

"Well you grew up here," Chris says.
"Yeah, that is true," he responds.
Josh, Jay, Chris, Sam, Jess and Beth walk up the short slope up to the lodge entrance. Ash and Matt were both already waiting.

"Matt, what's going on!" Jay says excitedly.
"Hey," he mutters.
"Sup with him?" Josh asks Ash.
Matt walks away and Jeremy follows.
"Dude, what's the problem?"
"You just, think you know people."
"What do you mean?"
"I saw Emily and Mike. They were hugging."
"Don't you like Jess though?"
"It still hurts, Jay!"
"I get it."

"God dammit!" Josh says trying to open the door.
"Is it iced?" Chris asks.
"What else?"
"There's gotta be a back door, right?" Chris asks.
"There's a million entrances they're just all locked," Josh says.
"Well how about we get in through the window or something?"
"Are you saying we should, break in?"
"Josh you own the place it's not breaking in," Chris says sarcastically.
"Not if I report you," he says.
Chris rolls his eyes and walks around to the side of the lodge.

Jeremy sat down on the stairs, Beth sat to him.
"You were right. This wasn't as bad as I thought," Beth says.
"See! I told you," he responds.
"Yeah, whatever," she says putting her head on his shoulder.
"Try and keep that positive vibe for me, please babe?" Jay asks.
"I can't make any promises," she says sarcastically.
"Oh boy," he mutters.

They heard a flame noise coming from behind them. They turn around to see Chris, melting the ice with spray deodorant and a lighter.

"Thank you, I'll be here all week," he says opening the door.
A small honey badger, comes running through the open door, making Chris shriek.
"Crap that thing freaked me out!" He says.
"Oh, it's just a little baby wolverine," Sam says in a funny way.
"Baby?" Chris says in a shocked tone.
"Don't worry, you'll be a big boy soon," Jay says walking in.

"This place looks barely any different," Matt says walking in.
"Even with all the police coming in and out?" Ashley says.
"Yeah, not a lot of action up here lately," Chris sates.
Mike walks in, instantly approaching Jess.
"What's up party people!" He yells.
"Come on in, make yourself at home," Josh says walking towards the fire place.
"Will do."

Matt remembers seeing him with Emily.
"Yeah, come on in, take whatever you want, you always do," he says walking up to him.
"Whoa, what's your problem?"
"I saw you and Em," he says in his face.
"And?"
"Why were you two talking?!"
"I just happened to see her and we stopped to talk, is that against the law?"
A short pause sits between them, until Matt breaks the silence.
"You're right, I overreacted. Sorry."
"It's all good man, I get it it," Mike says walking back to the couch to sit with Jess.

"Drama," Jeremy mutters to Beth, who then chuckles.
Emily walks in, instantly being hostile towards Jess, who's kissing Mike.

"Oh my god, are you trying to swallow his face whole?" She asks in her bitchy voice.
"Oh, is someone bitter they didn't make the cut?" Jess snaps back.
"Oh yeah, didn't make the cut with that dreamboat," she says pointing at Mike. "Congrats you're top cow."
"Real weird calling Ms. Homecoming a cow."
"Emily, come on," Matt says trying to stop the fighting.
"Shut up, Matt!" She says.
"Don't tell him what to do, he's not your toy!" Jess says.
"Oh, you're such a bitch!"
"Whatever, I don't give a crap what you think."
"At least I can think, 4.0 bitch honor roll. Suck on that when you're trying to sleep your way into a job."
"Who needs grades, when you have all the natural advantages you can handle," Jess says pointing at her body. "You couldn't buy a moldy piece of bread with your skanky ass."
"Really do you think that's insulting?"
"Emily, stop! This is getting out of hand, okay there's no reason to fight like this!" Matt says.
"Yeah, Em. Why you getting salty over your ex, huh?" Jess says.
