Dread

Matt, Jay and Emily

"Shit," Matt says backing up.
"Oh god, Matt what are you gonna do," Emily says frightened.
"Relax guys, they're just dear," Jay says. "They're just checking us out."
Jeremy approached the horde, very calm walking through. The deer let them pass, except for one who makes a hostile move towards Jay. Matt, saving Jay, attacks the deer. The horde backs him up, pushing him off the edge. Matt is barely able to grab on to the rocks before he falls.

Mike

Mike ran after a man he saw after the shaft fell. He tried to shoot him, but the gun was jammed. He followed the strange man, he was carrying a flamethrower. Mike didn't feel like being roasted, so he stayed behind and made sure not to be seen. Eventually he followed him out into the cold snow. Mike sees a huge building, it's the Sanatorium.
"Whoa, what the fuck?"

Chris, Ash and Beth

"She wasn't up there?" Ash asks as Chris comes down.
"No, I didn't find her," he says.
"Do you think she got caught?" Beth asks.
"I doubt it, she's a quick and smart girl," he says.
"Yeah, hopefully she didn't," Ash says.

"These arrows point to the cinema room," Beth says.
"Maybe she went there?" Chris says.
They follow the arrows and walk into the room. They find the broke bits of the vase Sam threw at the psycho.
"She probably went this way," Ash says pointing to the basement doors.
"Then let's go," Beth says, walking down the stairs.

While walking down the hallway Sam went down, Beth hears a noise and stops in her tracks. Chris and Ash don't realize this and move on. Beth turns around, and is suddenly gets grabbed by the psycho's hands. A gas mask is put over her, knocking her out cold.
"So sorry, Beth," he says as she falls asleep.

Matt, Jay and Emily

"Shit, Matt hang on!" Jay yells as he runs towards the edge.
He reaches the edge, but can't reach him.
"Matt, I can't reach. You have to climb up closer!"
"Oh fuck me," he says.
Matt climbs the rocks carefully, trying not to fall. He gets to one rock that he can't reach. He has to jump and get it.
"Okay, okay you got this," Jay
says.
Matt jumps, barely grabbing the rock with one hand.
"Matt, grab my hand!"
He reaches, but the rocks below him fall, fortunately Jeremy grabs his hand before he falls.

"Holy fuck! Thanks, Jay!" Matt says.
"Just looking out for a friend," he says pulling him up.
"Matt, are you okay?!" Emily asks.
"Yeah, I'm fine," he says panting.
"Well, there goes the axe," Jay says looking down at the bottom.
"Fuck the axe, we need to get to the tower, now!" Emily says getting up.

They climb over the log, walking to the tower. They find it, the security light turns on, blinding the three.
"Shit, god damn security lights!" Jay says.
The light turns off, giving the teens a break.
"Shit, maybe one of us should go back to the lodge. And tell the others we got to the tower," Matt says.
"Okay, who?" Em asks.
"I'll go," Jay says. "Good luck you two."

Jay walks off, but forgets something.
"Matt," he yells throwing the flare gun to him. "After you call for help, use it so they find you easier."
"Okay, thanks Jay,"
Jay walks off, and gets a call fromm the talkie from Chris.

"Chris!" He says.
"Yeah, listen. We didn't find Sam. And we don't know where Beth went," he says.
"What!"
"I know."
"Okay listen I need you to- AHHH," Jay yells as he's picked up by something.
He drops the radio, and is thrown against a tree, he hears a screech before he falls asleep.
"Jay? Jay?" Chris says into the radio, before the thing steps on it.

Matt and Emily

Matt and Em climb the tower, making it to the top. Emily calls for help from the radio.

"Hello, this is Blackwood Mountain rangers station. Is someone trying to reach us?"
"Hello, my name is Emily, listen we're on Blackwood Mountain and there's a killer and he's after us and he's already killed one of our friends," she says starting to tear up.
"We read you mam, we're sending helicopters to your location."
"Wait till how long?"
"Dawn, at the earliest. Repeat not until dawn."

A loud bang comes from the trap door.
"Oh god he's here he's coming for me!" She cries.
"Shit," Matt says pushing a filing cabinet on the door.
The banging stops. Outside, the bungee cords holding the tower up is snapped. The tower starts to shake, and lose it's balance.

"Oh god! What's happening!" Emily says.
"The tower!" Matt says as it tilts to the side.
Matt grabs onto one of the small pillars. Emily hits a window, almost breaking it. The printer hits her, sending her out the window. She grabs onto the bar, saving her from falling.

"Emily!" Matt yells.
"Matt help me!" She cries.
"Oh shit!" Matt yells as the tower plummets down into a hole.

Matt survived the fall, getting our through a broken window. He had large cut on his back. He looked around for Emily, then he hears her cry.
"Matt! Oh god help me please!"
"I'm coming! Em this is pretty unsteady over here," he says walking towards her.
She was still on the bar, she couldn't climb up and save herself.
"Matt, you have to do something now what are you waiting for?!"
"I'm thinking! Just let me think!"
"Don't think you idiot just get me out of here!"
"Is that why you still like Mike? He's a thinker!" Matt snaps back at her.
"Matt, I don't-
"I saw you with him!"
"Matt, I was confused-
"So you fucked him!"
"Matt, I'm sorry! Now will you please get me off this tower, please please please Matt just do something!" She cries.

Matt reaches for her, but the tower falls lower, causing her to lose her grip and fall off the tower.
"Emily!" Matt yells as she screams.
The twords starts to fall lower, it's about to fall all the way down.
"Oh fuck! Oh shit!" He yells as he jumps to a nearby ledge, knocking him out as he lands.

Matt wakes up, looking at the remains of the tower.
"Emily," he says looking down.
As Matt is walking back, he hears a noise from behind him. He turns around, and is grabbed by behind from his collar, he is dragged towards meat hooks, he knows he'll be on one if he doesn't escape. That's when he remembers the flare gun that Jay gave him.

He pulls out the weapon, and shoots the thing dragging him. He hears a loud screech as whatever was dragging him runs away.
"Holy shit!" He says getting up and running away.
