One Hour Till Helicopter Arrival
"We got one hour, we gotta get him and go," Jay says as the three run into the mines.
"He's right we don't have too much time!" Mike says.
"Jay, where did you last see him?" Matt asks.
"In that pool of water, you know where the sharks live?" He says smiling.
"Okay, let's go," he says.
They run in, finding the entrance way blocked off.
"Shit, we need to find another way in!" Jay says.
"Look," Matt says moving a rock to see a little hole.
"Nice, Matt," Mike says slipping through.
Thy get through the hole, seeing the pool of water, and the open door where Josh was taken.
"That's where he was taken!" Jay says pointing to the door.
"Okay, we've almost got him!" Matt says.
45 Minutes Till Helicopter Arrival
"What time is it?" Jay asks as they get in the water.
"6:15," Matt says looking at his watch, which was barely readable after the shit he went through.
They look through the door, and see a wendigo, hanging up Sam's burnt body. Right next to Chris's.
Josh was in the corner, silently crying. That was, until he saw the others. His eyes went wide, a smile spread on his face. They see the wendigo, laying down and sleeping.
"Those things sleep?" Mike whispers.
"Guess they must be nochtornal," Matt whispers back.
"Well, while it's sleeping. Let's get Josh over here!" Jay silently whispers as he motions Josh over to their location.
Josh silently walks over, but he steps on a twig. Waking the monster up.
"Josh run!" Jay yells, and Josh bolts it to the door.
Matt shoots the wendigo, and closes the door. It starts to violently bang on it.
"That's not gonna hold!" Mike says.
"Then let's get out of here while it still does!" Matt says.
30 Minutes Till Helicopter Arrival
They crawl through the hole, but their exit caves in. It almost crushes Mike but Jay saves him.
"Shit, thanks Jay!" He says.
"Don't thank me till we find another way out," he says.
They find a door, opening it leads to a room full of pictures of the wendigos. It even has a flamethrower on the table.
"This must've been that flamethrower guy's place," Matt says.
"Josh, can we trust you with this?" Jay asks, picking up the burner.
He just sorta nods his head, and Jay hands it to him. That's when five wendigos jump in, screeching and jumping around.
"Fuck!" Jay yells shooting at one of them.
"There's too many of them!" Matt says.
They all hear Josh scream, then he runs in burning them with the thrower.
"This one's for Hannah!" He yells. "This one's for Chris! And this one's for Sam!"
He kills three of them, while the other two are stunned by the shotguns. Josh's burner runs out, and he's left defenseless as Mike kicks open a door leading outside.
"Let's go!" He yells.
15 Minutes Till Helicopter Arrival
"Keep going!" Matt yells.
"Fuck! Those things are right on our tail!" Jay yells, turning around and shooting one.
"I'm out of ammo!" Mike yells, throwing his gun down.
"Shit I am too," Jay says.
"Oh for fucks sake me too!" Matt yells.
Jay pulls out the handgun that Mike gave him and shoots at the monsters. It doesn't do much, but it buys them enough time to get to the exit of the woods.
"Look! The helicopter!" Matt yells pointing up.
"They're a bit early!" Mike says.
"Who gives a fuck! Keep going!" Jay yells.
