One word to describe how everything went down: Failure. Usually, stuff like this is a learning moment. Sometimes you sulk. Sometimes you get mad...

"RAAAAH!!" Or you're Mileena, trashing yet another room. At least we both decided to keep away from her, our Mad Empress...being the namesake.

"I really hope we can move past this..." Khameleon sighed. I guess making her hero angry was in turn making her guilty. And, yes, the walls are thing enough to have the sound of various growling and broken objects. I honestly hope this Inn doesn't try and charge us. The lack of Revenants could be somewhat contributed to us.

"Don't worry...after the fifteenth broken object, she usually is silent most of the time," I heard nothing after that line. Almost on cue...before another thing broke, a vase most likely. "Huh? New record,"

"No....I mean...will she forgive me for not providing a decent edge to her sister?" No. But I won't say that just yet, seeing as being killed by your hero isn't...ahem, appealing.

"I'm guessing it isn't you that she needs to forgive..." I stood up, knocking on the door, when a few steps came stomping towards the frame. Opening it quickly, a Mileena who looked extremely miffed, and definitely going to try and be difficult.

"What?" She scowled at me.

"May I come in?" I allowed her to walk away, leaving the door open for me to enter. I let Khameleon know to give us space. It would be yet another brief talk. Well, how brief depends on her current mental state...this'll be awhile.

Yeah, the place was trashed alright. The second bed here was crushed, various carpets and rugs ripped by the seams, and tapestries just tatters now. And a few slashes and cuts into the wooden walls, her two sais in separate places. She herself was sitting on the only unharmed bed, with a Teddy that was...sliced a bit.

"I know you didn't do that," I sat next to her, inspecting the fluff now spilling out the stomach area.

"My sister did that..."

"She sounds awful,"

"..." Mileena was quiet, her eyebrows indicating a different state; worry. Looking at me, she just stared, probably thinking about something related to me. "Y'know...you are the only person here who hasn't left me...next to the clear fangirl outside the room...but...why?"

"...Is that a trick question?" I was confused, and frankly a little offended. Why? Did I really need to give her some hope in words? Women...

"My father only really created me to serve his rule. My sister was disgusted by me, and yet seems to be well regarded. Rain and Reiko only used me to ascend to Kahnum. And you...just decided on a whim to stick around me..." Mileena shuddered a bit, almost about to cry a bit. Her pride was trying to cover her feelings up, but were failing miserably. "I have to wonder what made you stick with me?"

"...Honestly? I have no home to go to. Most of my kind is dead, the ones who are alive, they have allegiances elsewhere, and pretty much forgotten about Kohou history. The fact I met your rebellion was pure luck. I admit...I was just going wherever was convenient. At this point, I would have actually just left...but..." I stopped, trying to form a good explanation to why. "...You seemed to have a much more interesting character. So fierce...yet...so sad..."

"Pity?"

"Empathy. I knew that look...I was sort of the same...well...not exactly eating peoples faces, but relatable. Impulsive, hot tempered, trying to stubbornly cling onto something to justify being around...I admit, I found it adorable when you got angry with me," I chuckled, as she just went back to being 'mad', but not really. Yeah, just like that.
