Jason's POV
She hugged me tight till she let go and looked at me with a kind smile. She kissed my cheek and whispered 'it's going to be okay' in my ear.
"You feel better know?" She asked again I looked at her with pure confusion in my eyes, my emotions were everywhere and I needed to be strong for others who depended on me.
"Why are you here?" I asked
"Because you needed to vent and you have not been the same, you have acted more paranoid then usual and you look defeated." She said calmly and with a soft smile
"Thanks but I am good" I said moving away from her embrace feeling the warmth from our bodies disappear in the wind and focusing my attention on the random ducks of the school waddling around in a straight line.
"Your not and I can see it through your expressions, your more tense and 3 times the ass."she said and I looked at her with annoyance, she puts her hands in surrender.
"Let me try again........ no got nothing you are an ass but I am not here to pass judgment, I can tell you are not yourself and you just want to reflect your pain and suffering on others." She said and I sighed and looked at her.
"Why do you care I basically screamed You Are A Bitch to everyone." I said to Tamara she nodded in agreement
"True but in all honesty I would rather you take your anger out on me than ruin other relationships with your friends because you can't control yourself." She said but I still don't get it why would she ruin our relationship.
"What about our relationship.....as friends."I said quickly she looks at me like I am crazy
"Yeah sure your my friend and all but we are always mean to each other and our friendship is not that strong based on the fact we give each other hell and I can take it."She said
"I know but I should have not said some of those things" I said and she looked at me with a look that says 'some' I role my eyes and say
"Fine all and I should have never raised my voice at you."
"Thank you and I won't force you to tell anything you don't want to talk about."she said getting up.
"Thanks but who said I was going to tell you in the first place" I said in a light chuckle
"And your back" she says and I get up
"You have to apologize to the gang because they feel awkward.' She says and I nod in agreement
We get to the table and everyone looks up at us in confusion and fear of us standing to gather. We sit down together and they just stare
"Guys I am sorry about my outburst earlier it was uncalled for." I said and they nod
"You shouldn't apologize to us but her." Kyira said
"Yeah you went all evil wicked stepmother on her ass."Andrew said
"What was the last movie you watched?" Laureata asked
"Mirror mirror." He said with he's head down and we all laugh
"Let's not forget the purpose of he's comment." Layla said and they all stopped and looked at me
"I did apologize and we are cool." I said with a smile they look at her for confirmation
"Yes he did apologize." She says
We talk for a while until Dillon asked about what they were doing that Saturday night
"Yeah we will go to our usual place and play bowling or watch a movie."Nelly said
"Can we come please?" Jack and Andrew say T the same time
"I guess the more the merrier and we can spend less money." Tamara says
"We can discuss the plan after school." Dillon says we look at him in an asking why
"Why?" Damien say Dillon holds three fingers and counts down till the bell rang at one .
"Nice." I say
"I cant make it after school got to go somewhere." I say and they all say cool, ok
"Where you got to go?" Tamara asks
'Why you want to know." I asked her
" don't answer a question with a question and just cause." She replies and I roll my eyes
"Gun range." I say and she looks exited
"Can I go with you please?" She asks
"Nooooooooo no no no " I say and I here a sigh
"PleAse it will you making it up to me." She said
"fine and the meet" I say and she jumps up and down.
"I will just group chat them for info."
"Come we are late for class." I said and we rush to class
