Chapter 18

Jason's POV

"Hey guys what do you guys want to do after practice?" Jack asked as we finished one of coaches killer runs.

"How about we hang out at my place." I said

"Sure thing/cool/nice." They all said.

After practice we were tired and went to the lockers to shower and change. We all went went to our cars and to my place I texted my mom I was inviting some friends over

Mom: hey what do you want for supper ?

Me: are you really asking me or are you just seeing what I want to disappoint me

Mom: no I was actually going to cook it, but anyway we having cornbread, rice, beef stew and veggies

Me: fine, I am coming with my friends over

Mom: boy are you telling me or asking

Me: asking sorry, please we are on the way

Mom: Ok but if you thing you are getting away with what you are doing.

I cut the messages of and walked into the house and my sister ran up to me and hugged me. She looked at the guys and waved.

"Hello there princess," Andrew said going on his knees to tickle her

"Aren't you just beautiful ." Jack said staring at her laughing

"Watch it she is like 2. " I said in a playful tone

"Really man" he said and we all laughing

"Tank you ." She said

She ran off to play with her toys. I walked in the kitchen and my mom was there making dinner.

"Hey boys I set up some snakes on the table." She said wait.......

"Snakes." We shouted in unison

"Sorry dipshits I meant snacks." She said rolling her eyes

"Damn your mom is hot." Jack said and I glare at him

"Really." Bryce says

"What she is older and more experienced." He said

"Bruh stop." Damien said
"That is wrong and ..... wrong." He said

"Thank you though I am married." My mom said in retain

"That's a shame." Jack said we all looked at him like he had two heads

"Shut up." All the guys said in unison

We took the snacks and went up to my room where we played 2K and watched the latest basketball match

"So how are you and Lauretta?" Bryce  asked.

"She is amazing in every way possible." Andrew answered.

"Even in the bedroom?"Jack asked

"Does your mind stay in the gutter or were you dropped as a baby to be this way." Damien said to jack.

"No he just watches porn as he's everyday entertainment." Andrew said we all laughed.

"Hey are you guys going to the movie day at school?" Bryce asked.

"Yeah I heard they are going to play some good movies." Damien said

"And the games before, I have never been to one of these." Dillon said.

"Its totally nice but not the part where you have to wear PJ." Jack said .

We talked some more till it got late and they left the PJ movie and game day is in two days.

I woke up the next day not wanting to go to school but I knew I had to. I got ready and went down stairs to find my dad screaming at the phone and my mom looking worried.

"Hey mom are you OK." I asked

"Yes nothing is wrong its all good." She said I could tell she was lying through her teeth.
My dad got of the phone and saw me, my dad was never one to beat around the bush.

"What happened?" I asked my dad

"The scorpions are back and they are after more money." My dad said

"What I thought they never hit the same person  twice." I said.

"You should have never told him he is not going to act the same, I can't let him go through that pain again." My mom said walking  away I could see the tears in her eyes.

"He deserved to know!" My dad shouted but she slammed the door if their room

"I did so what you going to do." I asked"

"I don't know when they will strick it could be a year from now or a weekend from now." My dad said.

"Do you think they will go after my sister?" I asked getting angry at the thought of what I went through being done to a little girl

"I don't know but I will beef up security from now on, you still know how to us a gun." My dad asked looking at me

"Yes and I will make sure I practice my shots." I said.

My life just got fucked up somemore.
