I have to type this on my phone cause my madadea won't let me use my laptop on Christmas eve. Really madadea? Bleh.

Garrett's POV
Annabeth Chase was my best friend, soon to be girlfriend. I'm the coolest guy at school, obviously, and Annabeth is the coolest girl, even though she's a nerd. I'll make sure I change that though. Soon, she'll be a partying slut like everyone else at this school.
"Hey Annabeth!" I called as we were walking out of the school.
She turned around and smiled half heartedly at me and we walked towards each other. "Hey Garrett, what do you need?" She asked, tapping her finger against her leg like she was anxious.
I felt my confidence start to crumble. "I was just.. Uh..." Just then, a sea green Lamborghini roared into the school parking lot. She rolled her eyes and motioned for me to continue.
"Oh, right. Anyway, I was wondering if-" I stopped talking when I saw the guy get out of the sea green Lamborghini.
He was tall, lean yet had visible strength, and his jet black hair was styled like the wind had decided to do hima favor and style his hair for him, and did a really good job. He had a troublemaker smirk as a smile, and I could see his sea green eyes glittering from where I was standing twenty feet away. He started walking towards us.
"Uh, Garrett? Did you want to ask me something?" Annabeth asked. The guy was about ten feet away now.
"Oh, yeah. Um, I was wondering if maybe you'd, um, like to maybe-" I stopped again when the guy stopped right behind Annabeth.
He put his hands on her shoulders and planted a light kiss on her neck. She rolled her eyes again and he kissed again, a little bit lower. "Sorry, continue?" Annabeth asked. The guy got a little lower on her neck, almost to the crook.
"Um... You know... there's a guy... Um..." I started, gesturing to the guy.
She just rolled her eyes for the third time. "Ignore him. What did you need?"
If she was telling me to ignore him, was she not dating him? The guy finally planted a kiss right on the crook of her neck and she groaned, but slapped a hand over her mouth as soon at she did. The guy raised an amused, perfectly sculpted eyebrow at her. "Oh?" He asked, kissing the spot again.
She groaned again through her hand and his smirk broadened. "Did I find a weak spot?" He asked in a deep, yet melodic voice.
"N-no." She stammered through her hand. "Garrett, keep on-" she was cut off by the guy kissing the crook of her neck slightly more fiercely and she groaned even louder. "-going" she finished.
"Um... I was just wondering if-" this time I was cut off by a giggle when the guy kissed between her shoulder blades.
"Another weak spot?" The guy mused.
"I have no idea what you're talking about." Annabeth growled. But as soon as he kissed again she laughed, clamping a hand over her mouth. "Sorry Garrett, keep on going."
The guy rose back up again, looking at me curiously. "Who's this?"
"The guy I've been trying to talk to for the last five minutes?" Annabeth asked, rolling her eyes.
The guy shrugged and planted a firm kiss on her cheek, to which she swatted his face. "Go away you idiot." She giggled.
The guy made a pouty face, which I thought was going to make me melt into a puddle, and I wasn't even gay! "I drove all the way here from New York to get you and you just tell me to go away and call me an idiot?" He pouted.
"I always call you an idiot. And I'm trying to talk to a friend." She said, rolling her eyes. He drove across the country to get her?
"But I've been driving for hours!" He whined.
"And I'll drive on the way back so you can sleep." Annabeth said, reaching back and patting his head. His face fell.
"Sleep? I had a whole day planned out here! I did research so we could hang out here for a day or so!" He whined.
She looked genuinely surprised. "You did... Research? On your own?"
He looked proud of himself. "Not all by myself. Piper helped!"
"And she probably sent us to the most romantic places in San Francisco didn't she?" Annabeth asked with a sigh.
"Who cares?" He asked, wrapping his arms around her waist. "We never get any alone time anymore, and since you came back here I've been lonely. Plus, I don't care if she set us up at McDonalds as long as I'm there with you. Even if I've been there a million times to get Nico happy meals."
She looked utterly shocked. "Nico eats happy meals?"
The guy rolled his eyes. "I make a whole romantic speech and all you care about is what Nico eats?" He asked, making Annabeth laugh.
"Sorry, just... Nico? Happy meal? They don't fit in the same sentence, unless he's using them to raise the dead. And I think he stopped doing that a while ago." She said thoughtfully.
"You'd be surprised what I've caught that kid doing." He said, grinning.
Suddenly, I heard a voice yelling from what sounded like the school. "NOT A WORD TO ANYONE JACKSON, OR YOU'RE DEAD!" It screamed. I turned but saw no one.
      "Is he-?" Annabeth asked.
"Following me around to make sure I don't tell anyone?" The guy sighed. "Yep. Has been for two weeks."
Annabeth stifled laughter and Percy made another pouty face. "It's not funny! The only person who can stop him is Will, who's GETTING JEALOUS BECAUSE YOU'RE HANGING AROUND ME SO MUCH! GO TO YOUR BOYFRIEND! HE MISSES YOU!" Percy yelled suddenly.
"I'LL BE BACK TOMORROW JACKSON. WATCH YOUR BACK!" There was an eerie laughter that chilled me to the bone before is vanished.
The guy paled. "Annabeth?" He asked weakly. Annabeth, however, was unable to respond because she was doubled over in laughter.
"Annabeth!" He exclaimed putting a pouty face on.
She finally sighed, with holding her laughter, and stood back up straight. "Alright Seaweed Brain, let's go." She turned around and kissed him passionately on the lips.
They both grinned and pulled away, grabbing each other's hand. "I love you." They chorused, then laughed and kissed again.
There was a loud roar and the guys car pulled out of the parking space. Percy's eyes widened and ye let go of Annabeths hand, running full speed towards it while Annabeth starting cracking up again. Percy ran faster than I thought possible, but it still wasn't  fast enough to catch the speeding car. He finally stopped running, out of breath as the car sped past us.
As he drive by, I could have sworn I heard "This Girl is in Fire" blaring from the speakers and a kid with curly brown hair laughing his head off from the drivers seat.
