Chapter 13

Madison pov
When I got home I took off my shoes and coat and put it away. I ignored what happened with Jacob because Jacob is gonna be Jacob.

I went upstairs and started my bath water. I went to pick a candle from my dresser which had rosemary scent. I lit the candle then put it on the edge of the bath tub.

I put a bath bomb in which had a rose in the middle. (I'm so extra😂) . I put on my relaxing spotify playlist. I took off my clothes and got in the tub. Then tried to relax. But I couldn't help think about joey.

He didn't even try to call me or text me. He's probably fucking that girl.

I started to feel hot so I drained the water and got out.

I put on comfy to clothes. I started to feel sleepy so I layed in bed and let sleep take over me.
Morning
I woke up 1 hour before my alarm went off. UGHHH! I just layed in my bed and thought about the events that took place yesterday.

I decided to go on a walk since i have a hour to spare. I put on some leggings, a sweatshirt, and my vans. I grabbed my phone and headed out my room.

I seen a note from my mom on the kitchen counter. I'm not even going to read it because it always says "gonna work late tonight. Love y'all".

I looked inside Mia's room and seen her alseep with a guy. I was going to wake her up and tell her i'm going on a walk but she won't care.

I grab my keys and walk out the front door. I don't know where I'm walking but i let my legs take me where they want to go. I walk past a starbucks and decide to go in and get a frappichino. But before i walk in, I look through the glass window and see Joey sitting at a table with a girl.

I stand there for a while. He then whispers something in her ear and she kisses him on the lips. Eww. After they finish kissing, Joey looks up and sees me standing there.

He gets up and starts walking in my direction. I turn around and start speed walking. I don't feel like dealing with his dumb ass games today.

I look at my phone and check the time. OMG I ONLY HAVE 30 MINUTES UNTIL SCHOOL! I hurry up and run back to my house.

I decided to wear what i have on. I put my hair in a messy bun. I then put on mascara and concealer to cover up my blemishes. I grab my back pack and race out the door to school.

Please be a good day at school. I thought to myself as i'm running to school.

I already know it's not. I decided to start walking since i have ten minutes till the bell rings.

"Hey maddie", someone says from behind me.

I turn around and my eyes widen.

"What do u want Jacob?"
