I hope Malibu is gonna be fun and relaxing.
I think as the hot water hit my soft legs.
It is too early to be up.
" Madison, hurry up! Would you?" Mom yells from the other side of the door.

I realized I been in the shower for like 30 minutes now and I just now finished shaving my legs.

I quickly wash my hair and body. When I get out of the shower I try to multitask.

I try to brush my teeth and put on my clothes at the same time. I end up falling and hitting my head on the side of the toilet.
" ouch" I groan, rubbing my head.
" you good, girl ?" Joey asks from the other side of the door?
" Joey?" I say not sure if it's him or not.
" yeah. I'm leaving with you guys in the Uber to the airport and it's coming to get us in less than 4 minutes!" He says.
" seriously?! ..... Joey?"

It's a moment of silence until I realized he left.

I quickly get my tooth brush and bags out of my room and run downstairs. I know it's been more than five minutes.

" Where's the Uber ?!?!!" I ask Joey.

He's sitting on the couch watching tv.

" What Uber ?" He answered with a laugh.

" Dude , you play too much!!" I reply, really upset.

I sit on the couch next to him.

We hear two honks at the door. Joey helps me with my bags and we go to the car.

When we get to the airport, Sophia and Jen is waiting.

We get food and get on the plane. I sit next to Joey and Sophia, my mom, and Jen sits two rows behind us.

The flight will only take a few hours. ( idkkk so don't come at me just go along with it).

Two hours into the ride the plane is silent.

Joey have been sleeping for the past two hours.

I look out the window and put on my earphones.

I put on any playlist and the song "get you" by Daniel Caeser comes on.

I turn over and look at joey. The sun shining on his face. He sleeps like an angel. He gently opens his eyes and smiles.

" what?" He gives a light chuckle.

" nothing" I lightly say.

I give him a light kiss on his cheek. He smiles and I lie down on his lap.

I doze off .
