Seven

The nurse brought the food for him to eat since its lunch time . When the nurse left I thanked her . I turned back to look at Jungkook , he was staring at the plate of salmon with mashed potato and a bowl of salad at the side .

" why ? why aren't you eating ? " I asked . But he didn't say a thing .

" Ah do you want me to feed you . Come " I said taking a piece of the salmon using the fork and feeding him .

All he did was pushed my hand away . " Jungkook , if you don't eat you can't recover fast . You need to eat , Jungkook " I raised my voice .

" Come " I tried once more to feed him .

" aish . I don't want ! " He threw the fork .

I was shocked but tried to stay calm . I picked up the fork and threw away the salmon that was lying on the floor . I went to the nearest sink and washed it before coming back .

" it's okay . you're probably just uncomfortable with me around " I fake laughed silently .

" So i'm just going to leave you alone here for a while . Anything I'll be outside . Eat okay " I said calmly before leaving .

Thinking about it , I am so hungry . I haven't been eating a lot lately , having to take care of Jungkook even when I know I don't have to but did . There's a food court somewhere in the hospital but the boys told me that the food there are disgusting .

But I went there anyway . I looked around to see what they have . I took a look at what people eat and they don't look appealing at all . In the end , I just bought bananas and a few bottles of water because I need to stay hydrated and to keep my pure baby skin . I came back and sitting in front of Jungkook's ward . I began eating my bananas .
Then , the boys arrived .

" oh why aren't you inside ? " they asked .

" The nurse gave him lunch and I guess he feels uncomfortable eating in front of me . You can go in and can you make sure he finishes his food " I requested them .

" ahh . We'll keep that in mind "

" thank you !! "

[ What Happened In The Ward ]

" oh wow , your plate is clean " Jin amazed .

" yah ! why did you ask her to stay outside when you're eating " Jimin nagged .

" I didn't say anything to her . She was the one who assumed that I was uncomfortable and left " Jungkook replied coldly .

" yah ! you shouldn't be treating her that way " Hoseok added on .

" and why is that ? " Jungkook asked coldly .

" I could see " a deep raspy voice from behind , Yoongi's voice .

" I could see how much she really cares for you "

Jungkook wasn't paying attention much . He was super cold towards her .

" She volunteerily asked to donate blood to you . Stayed in the hospital without missing a day , wishing , praying and hoping that you are doing fine . And even asked us to make sure you have eaten . She haven't been eating lately because she was in the hospital with you all week , 24/7 . Even after everything bad you did towards her , she still treat you well "

" she reminds me of .. Mia . You are really lucky to have her in your life . Even if you guys are just friends , you really mean a lot to her and I hope that you feel the same towards her "

He left the ward .

He went out and sat beside me . He handed out his hand . " Do you want a banana too ? " I asked .
" You eat so deliciously . My mouth is watering " he joked .

We both laughed . He apologised about what he did to me the other time even when I just gave my condolences towards him .

" ahh it's okay . It didn't bother me . The past is the past and what can we do . " I said .

" oh yea . Did Jungkook eat his food ? Did he finish it ? How is he doing ? " I asked him worriedly .

" don't worry his doing fine and he ate well . he's resting " he affirmed , patting my back .

It was in the evening , I was just sitting down on the couch beside Jungkook thinking about life . Jungkook was playing games on his phone . Just then , the doctor came in and told us that he has been discharged . He changed back to the clothes he wore when he came in .

I booked a cab and sent him home . I tried to help him walk to his doorstep but he kept moving around a lot . " You can send me till here , " he insisted .

I was worried so I waited until he entered the house and locked the doors . I took the bus home . It was a long ride but I had to change a few buses but i kind off like it . I was in the mood to take long rides and listen to songs .
