Chapter 8

Elaine's POV

I woke up in a bed. I felt and arm snaked around my waist.

I slowly turned my head, and saw Austin in the corner of my eye.

I smiled and looked like an idiot biting my lip.

I tried to wiggle out of Austin's arms, but I failed. once I was sat up I felt an arm pull me back down to the bed.

"Don't go. Please. Stay in bed for just a few more minutes." I heard his deep raspy morning voice say.

I just layed back down, no point in arguing.

"So can I ask you something?" He said

"Yeah." I said quitely.

"You never answered my question last night." He said, his eyes still closed.

"Well, I just got kinda frustrated. It is kinda stressful. I mean, I didn't mean to burn my hand, but you stil acted like it was the end of the world." I said, hoping not to get into another fight.

"Yeah. I realized that I did overreact a little bit. I'm really sorry." He said.

"Well, I'm sorry too." I said, now looking at him.

"Well, will you be my girlfriend?" He asked. Now sitting up eyes open and looking at me.

"Yes. I would love to be your girlfriend."

We both looked at each othe and smiled.

We both started to lean in, Next thing I know, our lips were crashed together.

Moving in sync perfectly.

It wasn't to overpowered, but not to bad.

It was just a passionate kiss.
