I was standing in a grey tunnel.
On one end, was a bright white light. On the other end, was only darkness.
I felt a strong pull to the bright end, and I began to walk towards it. Suddenly, a voice called out and stopped me.
"Take my hand!"
Turning, I saw a young man standing on the dark end, holding out his hand as the darkness began to ravel around him. His face looked desperate, like he was dying and the only way for him to live was by taking my hand.
The dark abyss seemed to be slowly enveloping him, and since I wanted to help, I reached out a hand for him to grab onto.
But I couldn't reach. My feet were stuck to the floor and my hand couldn't reach him.
"Help me!" He cried, tears welling in his eyes as he stretched out.
I wanted to tell him I couldn't move, but I couldn't speak.
"Please! Help me!" He screamed in agony.
I woke up with a gasp, the mans cries echoing through my head.
I was covered in a thin film of sweat, and my hair stuck to the sides of my face.
Who was that man? I closed my eyes to try to remember his face, but I came up empty. The dream was slipping away as quickly as it came.
Sighing deeply, I flopped back down on the bed and closed my eyes.
Wait.
I'm on a bed.
I shouldn't be on a bed.
My eyes snapped open and looked up to see a black ceiling. Slowly, my eyes moved around the small room to see that I was alone.
Slowly, it all came back to me and I put a pillow over my face and screamed loudly.
I was Kylo Ren's apprentice.
Oh Space Balls.

About an hour after I woke up, a red light started blinking from the corner of the room.
Pulling myself from the bed, I trudged across the floor to study it.
It was a small round light blinking red. Curious, I reached out and poked it.
"KA-7051," I jumped back as a familiar deep voice began to echo through the room.
"This will be my way of sending messages to you from this moment onward. Report to the training room."
The red light stopped blinking and I stood frozen.
What?
The red light blinked again, and I pressed it.
"Now."
Scrambling for a grasp on my wits, I tied my hair up before straightening my clothes and racing from the room, tripping over my feet.
Out of my room, I saw how I was in the same hallway as the training room. The training room was just down the hall, and that mysterious black door from before was across from mine.
Shaking my head, I jogged towards the training room and pressed the button, mentally preparing for the day ahead.

"To begin your training, we shall start slow and simple." Kylo Ren said as he walked in slow circles around me. I was sitting crosslegged on a box, watching the wall ahead of me like it was a life line.
