School is basically shit. I'm just so done with my senior year and just the years in high school in general. I want to move out of this town and forget everything. But memories can stick with you forever; it just depends how much you think about it.

I'm failing english, the class I'm in with Carter. It's the only teacher I haven't spoken with and I'll probably just end up emailing her anyway.

I walk out of the school, not really wondering where Claire or Carter is. I just needed to be away from people for the day cause somehow more drama will occur and my life is steady interesting.

The thought of Julie came across my mind and I decided I would head over to her friends home. I know where it is since I pass it almost everyday. I never say hi to Julie or talk to her which is really unfortunate because I have no time at all.

I walk upon the sidewalk that runs up towards the door and ring the doorbell. No one really answered the first time so I rang it again. I hear the door unlocking and a weak smile grew on my face.

"Hello Wren, come in!" the adult said as she had me enter her home.

"Is Julie home?" I ask, looking around a bit.

"She gets out of school at 2:30pm, but how are you?" she questioned as she has me sit down at the dining room table.

"Are you okay with Julie staying here? It's been way too long and I bet her friend is sick of her a little bit,"

"She's no problem! How come?"

"I'm planning on getting an apartment as soon as I can afford it, I just need to speak with her about home life as well."

"Of course you can, would you like to talk to me about it?"

"No, it's okay. Do you have any tissue in case?"

"That bad huh? Yeah, let me get some from the closet." the kind mother says as she walks away and turns the corner.

I see a fruit bowl and I grab and apple and stuff it in my bad before she comes back in. I hope she wouldn't mind if I took an apple.

I hear a slam from the front of the home and I'm guessing that Julie and her friends are here. I get up from my seat and look towards where Julie was going to enter. She sees me with an ecstatic face and runs towards me to hug me. Her arms wrap around my torso as I bend over to hug her back.

"Wren! Why are you here?" she says as she jumps around a bit.

"I need to talk to you, come with me," I say as I have her drop her backpack and bring her towards the living room. I sit down on the couch with her and Julie say right next me.

"What's wrong? You are scaring me a little bit," Julie stated with concerned eyes.

"Do you want the good news or bad news?"

"There's bad news?"

I could tell she was freaking out a bit so I just decided to get the bad news out of the way so she can having something happy to think about later.
